I was disappointed with the testing facility where I took my professional certification test. I arrived thirty minutes before my scheduled test time, but the proctor did not arrive until the test was scheduled to begin. I have an accent, and the proctor seemed annoyed when I mispronounced something or asked her to repeat a question. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I found it difficult to concentrate. The testing facility itself is small, outdated, and not very comfortable. At one point, the proctor offered me earplugs or headphones. I requested the headphones, but she provided me with a pair of children's headphones that did not block out any noise. I will not be returning to this facility.

this was one of the most unprofessional experiences that i’ve encountered. myself, along with several other people, showed up 30 minutes prior to our testing time. the proctor showed up right at 9 am (when our test was supposed to start) and wasn’t apologetic about her lateness at all. she went into her office to get the tests ready, only to find out that the internet wasn’t working. instead of being proactive about the issue, she complained about it to everyone and kept coming up with excuses as to why the problem was occurring. she then came into the lobby to tell a man that he was a “ding dong” and she wanted to “slap him upside the head” for calling her at 6:40 am to confirm his testing time. after 40 minutes of doing nothing, she finally called technical support, where she complained that the lady on the phone was speaking with an accent, so she “couldn’t understand her.” after an HOUR AND A HALF of waiting for the issue to be resolved, we were finally able to take our tests around 10:30 am. during this time, the proctor talked very loudly on the phone and to another person who was waiting in the lobby. this was very distracting for everyone. she did not proctor the tests AT ALL. after being disruptive for about half of my test, she finally shut her door to have lunch and talk with her sisters in her office. these tests are very stressful for the people who are taking them, so having an unprofessional and ignorant proctor was not helpful. if you’re foreseeing computer issues, then maybe you should show up to work on time.

Very poor experience at this testing center. I showed up 30 minutes early, at 8:30am, as my exam suggests, and the door had a sign saying they didn’t open until 8:45am. No big deal, but she showed up right at 9am to let us in. Then she proceeded to speak very unprofessionally to one of the other test takers, calling him a “ding dong” and saying that she should “slap him upside the head” for calling her early that morning to confirm his exam. She then had technical difficulties with internet connection, and proceeded to take over an hour to contact anyone for technical support. When she did get in contact with someone she said she “couldn’t understand anything they were saying” because they spoke with an accent, they were speaking clearly I might add. She took phone calls about her husbands’ doctors appointments, talked with another person waiting to test, and ate lunch loudly with her sister all while we were trying to take our exams. Highly would NOT recommend this place for exam needs, I started my exam 1.5 hours late and had a very poor experience with that lady. Very unprofessional.

Rude is being nice. I'm a verteran that suffers from PTSD During my first session I had with Ms. Ford she was rather rough toned while teaching me Excel. I explained to her that I suffer from PTSD so please go easy with me.
During my second session today she was very abusive in her tone and contimued to suck on a mint as it rattled against her teeth. After 15 minutes I walked out. Against my better judgement I still paid her the full hourly rate.

Horrible experience. The proctor was incredibly unprofessional; voicing her annoyance with the type of exam I was taking at her center because it was difficult to set up….even saying she “wished I would have signed up elsewhere” The exam room is also VERY SMALL. So be prepared for it to be distracting and noisy while others get set up for their exams after you have begun. This site is NOT manageable for an open book exam taker. There is not enough room for books or any other materials. Would NOT recommend unless you only need the computer. If you need space, look to other facilities. The proctor also had a friend arrive about halfway through my 4 hour test and they talked for well over an hour. It was incredibly distracting!! Finally, when I went to inform the proctor that I was finished, she got frustrated because I wasn’t prompted to do a survey. She got up to check my computer screen (after of course taking the time to say goodbye to her friend) and saw I didn’t have a survey option…. Seemed like it was REALLY important to her. So I sure hope she is able to see this google review (survey) about her and this test site. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The proctor was very rude and unprofessional. I called and asked if it was ok to bring my student ID because I didn’t have my other one and she said “NO! They won’t take that”. She said I could bring a copy of my ID and social security card but when I got there with it she laughed and said “no they won’t take it. You could’ve just brought your student ID if it had a photo on it. But once again when I asked her on the phone she said I couldn’t. She made it very hard for me and I wouldn’t recommend testing at this place

My proctor had a bad attitude towards another tester. When another tester was in the bathroom she proceeded to talk to me and call him a liar about him being able to test early according to his particular test information. So she wouldn’t let him start early. Of course his test information proved him right. Then towards the end of my two hour exam during my review portion, she decided to play a song on her phone which disrupted me. The office is two rooms and she keeps the doors open, even though you’re on camera and audio surveillance. The test center is in a shared building and I could hear loud music coming from another room as well. All in all, not a good first impression. I’ll pick a different testing facility next time.

I called the customer service this morning and the lady who answered had an attitude and was very rude. I was asking her nicely regarding confirmation about my NHA CET exam and her respond was straight bland “no, i don't know what you’re talking about!” Straight up no manners talking to a customer.
