10 Stars!!! I can not say enough about how wonderful this place is. Ms. Carmen is so attentive, and she gives 110% of herself to the children in her care, she is like a mother hawk, the way she watches over the little one's in her charge. She ensures that her staff are continuously trained and up to date with the most current childcare safety protocols. She has my full trust and when I leave my children in her care, I have peace of mind that my babies are in extremely good hands. May God continue to bless her and her efforts to care for our children.

I'm a new foster mom and needed a daycare to place my foster baby and he has been thriving here! I also was able to put my daughter in for the summer. I'm truly thankful for all that they have done for us!

Don’t be one of those people that follows the crowd which cause you to miss out on a great experience. Come and experience it for yourself. My baby girl loves it here and she’s learning Spanish as well. My oldest who’s about to be 14 years old has also been in the care of Ms Carmen since she was 4 months old and we never had any issues. For us, this is family. If you’re struggling they work with you the best way they can. I’ve recommended a lot of people here because it’s flexible and they care about the families and making sure your needs are met. Take it from me, a mom that’s very protective and picky about where my child goes and who’s care she’s in…I can promise you that you won’t regret it.

KCLC is underrated and I’m not sure why. My daughter started here Oct 2023, at little over 2.5 yrs old, she was not potty trained and had never been to daycare. By late January she had the concept, and now of course requires no pull-ups and can sleep most days without bed wetting. Besides that, the staff are relatable. No one is perfect (not me or even you reading this) and we all have bad days, but the staff SHOW UP for our children. I have never witnessed, nor do I believe any staff treat the children maliciously. If fact, it is the opposite, my daughter is happy to get up in the morning and go to “school”. She tells me so herself along with telling me about her teacher's as best she can at 3, almost 4yrs old now. Some weekends she even asks why she isn’t going to school. Ms. Carmen works with parents; she and her staff have the children’s best interest at heart and integrate them like family. I would recommend this daycare.

There's no way this place should have 2.5 stars.. the staff and owner here are great, and my daughter loves it here.. always happy when she comes home..shes fed well and learns something new every day. The owner is very understanding and isn't greedy. I would and do recommend this day care to everyone.. keep up the good work Ms.Carmen!!!

I don’t even know how to put into words about this daycare, thank God today was my grandson’s last day. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers sisters, etc. please do your homework and research thoroughly as we leave our children in peoples care Expecting them to treat your children as you would treat and care for them! not always always so. My daughter walked into this daycare and caught a staff yelling at my 14 month old grandbaby Shocked when they looked up and realize his mother my daughter was standing there! Then all of a sudden you started talking nice! Hmmmm..finally.. staff/owner very unprofessional! My daughter went to pick up her baby from daycare and was greeted by the rude owner, questioning my daughter about speaking to other parents about when the daycare was going to be open or closed bcz she doesn’t communicate! She thought my daughter was talking about her misconduct at her daycare and breaking the law. And like my daughter told her “ That’s your business” Do Better just disgusting!!!!!!

Absolutely love this daycare and the entire staff. They have been taking care of my daughter for about a year (she is 2 years old now) and since she was a pandemic baby, she didn’t have much socialization until she started daycare. They messaged us on their app frequently to give us updates and if they had any concerns. She comes home with artwork often and she is so happy when we are “going to school”. I’ve recommended this daycare to many of my colleagues and they also have positive feedback. Highly recommend to anyone.

Do NOT send your children here. They are not only mentally but physically abusive. The video footage says it all. Please protect your children and send them elsewhere. This place needs to be shut down and all the parents need to come together and get this woman charged with child endangerment, child abuse, and more.
