Great care, great facility, great communication from staff and families, have no concerns about sending my 2.5 year old here. It's so much more personable than the name brand schools and our little one is thriving!

If your looking for a daycare provider, look no further! I can not speak highly enough of foundations for learning! My son has been going here for the last 8 months, and we are moving on to a magnet school and we are so sad about leaving! The facility is so clean, new activities everyday, my 2 year old has learned to count, his ABC's, nursery rhymes, I can go on and on. I always felt that the staff has my son's best interest always on the mind, they got him off a bottle, potty training him, his development has also just increased. The many updates throughout the day just eases any stress you feel about having your child in a daycare. My family is so grateful for the last 8 months of my son being in their care. I'll miss them terribly! We will be back for summer camp & school breaks. Thank you again for all that you guys do!

Great place! We came here desperately after having put our kid through another daycare where we had the worst possible experience. Having come here with so much doubts about daycare in general, our son is having a great time ever since he moved here. The teachers and management are doing a fantastic job, we are very happy we found ‘Foundations for Learning’ !

Excellent outdoor space, and they strongly encourage our children's physical and mental development, and they're doing a very good job.
The baby daycare is fantastic.
In general, the staff is very good and they have a lot of strong motivation and goals. However, it sometimes feels like they are overworked. Lots of strange little issues keep cropping up, which we attribute to a bit too much to do, and not enough time to do it all (fax number changed without letting the parents know (so our doctor's notes kept getting lost), our 3-yr-old son will sometimes get his milk given to him for lunch, but sometimes not, etc.). When we bring up problems or issues, they do respond right away and trying to work things out, and we really appreciate all the staff for that, but it would be nice if there was a way they didn't have to be so stressed all the time.
Possible some of this is COVID restrictions causing additional work in the back end.

My husband and I just moved to the area and we are first time parents so we were very nervous to send our 6 month old to daycare for the first time. We saw many different daycares but felt so at ease the moment we walked into FFL of Glastonbury. The director Miss Miranda and all the teachers made it such an easy transition for us as parents and for our child, and nothing goes missed! They have a great app that gives us real time updates about our child's day and how he is doing or if we have questions we can message and ask. One of the biggest things that appealed to us is they are flexible with your schedule and work with whats best for you. As I am a nurse and work nights and only 3 days a week and not consistent days, all other programs wanted set days but FFL of Glastonbury works with you to create a schedule that is best for your family! We hope to be there for a long time, and would highly recommend this facility/program.

Our son has been going to FFL of Glastonbury since he was 10 months old, he is now 11 years old! He attends FFL for half days/full days/summer camp when not in school. We have loved FFL since day one! The staff treat him like he is one of their own children. We have never felt so much love and trust when it comes to him being left in someone else's care outside of our family and close friends. FFL has become Family. We have never had to worry about his care because the staff here are simply amazing! The facility has recently undergone some cosmetic maintenance as well and it looks fabulous! The new floors really open the space up and make it looks twice as large as before and the smile on the kids faces says it all. I have highly recommended FFL on numerous occasions and will continue to do so, even long after my son is aged out, because I know that everyone at FFL loves and cares for our kids the way we want them to, with love, respect and admiration. Thank you FFL and everyone over the years for making this such an amazing experience for our family. Our son wouldn't be who he is today without each of you helping along the way!

Don't let issues with other FFL centers ruin your opinion of the Glastonbury location. They're all run by their own directors, and the one that runs Glastonbury, Miss Miranda, runs a tight, loving, supportive ship. She doesn't let things slip through the cracks, and she hires awesome teachers. I'm a new mom and my kiddo joined FFL Glastonbury at 2 months old. I was SUPER nervous about leaving him there, but my fears were gone by the time I picked him up at the end of the first day. The teachers really care about your kids and they pay attention to needs, milestones and of course, fun!

With three child in ages from 5 years to 13 years, I have had a kid attending Foundations for Learning in Glastonbury for the last 9 years. The staff have become second family for my children. My youngest started in the infant room and is currently in the pre-k room. Next year she will move over to the school age room when she starts kindergarten at the school next door to FFL. She is overly prepared to tackle kindergarten next year because of all the attention and learning she has received while in FFL's pre-k program.

My oldest started at 4 years old when we moved to Connecticut. She was also very prepared for kindergarten because of FFL's pre-k program.

My middle child just came home from China at age nine last year. He is attending the before and after school program at FFL. There have been many nights that he has opted to stay another hour at FFL while I run another a sibling to practice or another appointment. The staff has been great working with him on homework and improving his English.

The summer program is great! Actually, I am jealous of the all the fun things my kids do during the summer program while I am stuck at work.

I have appreciated all the time staff have spent with my kids over the years.
