As a Parent I’D choose TLE over and over again. My daughter is cared for and her teacher loves her as if she were her own. Seeing my babies face light up at drop off is the best thing ever because she feels safe. Management is super sweet and personable! I love it

My son attend TLE Newington at the age of 10 months until he was about 2.5 yrs old. During that time staff constantly changed, there were 3 different directors & classroom staff was neverrrr consistent!! The classroom teachers are very young, inexperienced & do as they please. Some days they didn’t even have enough staff. I’d drop my son off in the morning & all the kids would be sitting on the floor or bench in the front lobby!!! They literally hire anybody and nepotism is obviously displayed at this location. Drama amongst staff that affects the classroom environment. Poor communication! They do not work with you in regards of billing & there is no billing manager!! They will send you emails in regards of billing with a billing managers name but when you try to get in contact with someone in the billing dept. they’ll tell you “she doesn’t have a number”
Put your child’s name on everything b/c your kids things are surely going to get lost or misplaced
A typical breakfast at TLE Newington consists of a bowl of dry cheerios or a pack of little bites. Once in a blue moon you may see a pancake with 2 sausages
I purposely bought my son breakfast every morning just b/c I was unsure if he’d have a good breakfast or not
While my son attended TLE he barely gained basic knowledge about his numbers, letters & colors. You’re literally paying an arm & leg for the aesthetics! They charge the hell out of you & there’s a $30 a day late fee on payments, oh & they pick and choose when to add it too!
Do not pick TLE, yes the staff are friendly. Yes the place is clean & nice but that’s about it!!!

The teachers here are AMAZING. But the owner is absolutely awful. She is so negligent & does not care about her staff or the kids. She refused to hire someone to take care of the ice in the parking lot for WEEKS, refuses to hire new staff even though they are so short staffed that they’re turning kids away, does not care about the concerns of the parents and staff, and is completely hands off. Never steps foot in the building and only cares about the money. Horrible human being.

My two children attend TLE and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. The teachers in both the infant room and the preschool room are very loving and caring towards my children. They are both excelling in their milestones. My preschooler can write his letters perfectly and is already beginning to read simple words. I am overall very impressed with the TLE curriculum! I would 100% recommend this center to any parent looking into childcare

This is one of the worst DayCares. The Lead teacher in the 1 and 2 year old classroom used Racial words towards my husband and threatened to call the police because we advocated for our daughter and asked for her her male son not to change our daughters diapers. I talked to her privately and all she did was mentioned my husband’s nationality and make racial comments. She then started to treat our daughter differently. She will not be engage with her and I how she will try to avoid my 1 year old more and more: This all happened because we requested for her male son not to change our daughters diapers. We will advocate for her at all times. I will be filing a report in the daycare. We were discriminated and we were asked to remove our daughter from the daycare. Which we were going to because of all that goes on in the day care. Teachers have fights in the infant classrooms and kids have gotten hit. These teachers are still employed there. Diapers are not changed staffed are on there cell phone all the time. it’s Funny how I wrote this review about the day care and all of a sudden the directors husband write a review saying how wonderful this day care is well it’s not. This day care has plenty of DCF complaints and they are under investigation now you can do your own research it’s public records. And for the it’s funny how they stated that the j can’t teacher are awesome yes the ones that are employed now a great, but why don’t they say how a fight between staff members happened in the infant classroom and kids were physically hit and nothing was done about it they covered it up kids got hit also: how about Jen the state came and because a teacher had to many students they took a student during nap Time him in the closet to meet state ratios.HORRIBLE HORROR DAYCARE. And to the owner we had a virtual meeting that you never show up to so please don’t write in my review that you’ll fix problems because you won’t you lier

My daughter was in the infant room at TLE and it was a very positive experience! The girls that work with the infants are amazing! I always felt that she was cared for and all her needs addressed. The manager is great as well. They are extremely accommodating to any situation.

Ms. Jenna is pretty amazing ! I have been here two years and I absolutely love TLE. My son knows all the characters and it has gotten him so excited about different subjects and learning.

The Learning Experience in Newington is wonderful!
The staff are extremely friendly and professional. Every morning, my daughters run to greet the assistant director and look forward to going to their classroom. They have been attending for almost a year and in that time have built a wonderful relationship with all teachers in the building. The pictures received throughout the day have a great variety of structured learning activities and unstructured imaginative play. It’s a relief to me as a mother to know that when I drop them off every morning that they will be well taken care of both in heart and mind.
