This 7-Eleven has the worst- the grimiest store clerks I have ever encountered. These store clerks charged me $3.00 for a water refill after telling me that I was okay to refill my water bottle, and then got all up in arms when I asked them how much they were charging as if I was the one getting ready to walk out of this 7-Eleven to steal from their merchandise? These clowns need to go back to school. There’s no learning panache in school, but no one here ordered any clowns, and this place is not a circus! How do these folks expect me to leave my water bottle with them at their counter after I indicated my intention to pay here after getting my wallet back put from my car

Initially I had a positive experience. Later after waiting for an hour for traffic to die down the little man inside informed me that 7-11 has a corporate policy that doesn't allow people to occupy the spot for longer than an hour. The sign that isn't legible only states 7-11 parking only. I believe he's making up a story about corporate policy.

Clean store, new food options are pretty good. Great place to hit on your way into downtown, from the east.

This is my first visit to 7-Eleven in my life. To my great surprise, even at night I was able to find hot tea there. There are several tea options (Mint, Lemon, Bergamot). In addition to this, there is a very polite and attentive service. If you love to have a cup of hot tea at night, this place can be a real life saver for you.

This location has been reported to the health department and local representative for their disgusting maintenance (or lack there of) and their disposal of trash. The lack of importance/attention the franchise owner/s give to its maintenance says it all, their priority for the business is just profiting at the cheapest level. Rude employees, the store has stickier floors inside than the outside parking lot floor (courtesy of the urination that is done right outside the locations back door). The clear low budget ways the store is keeped gives the customer a clear "we cut coners to save cost for you".Items that are expired are still on the shelves. This has been it's issue since it opened. They have no workers who come to maintain the area. 711 cups everywhere, pizza containers thrown everywhere, and employees pile trash off to the side when they have to clear the entrance for delivery which is what you see in the pictures. Video proof submitted to the city of their neglect and unsanitary maintenance habits of employees throwing trash to the sidewalk reliving them of actual cleanup obligations. This 711 has to go and a quality business should be allowed to operate that respects their community it is in. No respect for the surrounding neighbors.

I bought a google play gift card yesterday morning turns out the gift card was redeemed, called the store the Korean lady was rude and said to call google play support. Did that, support said to go back to the store and they would refund me, so I did. The same lady said she couldn’t do anything and that besides the the manager wasn’t there and she would cut me off any time I tried asking anything but told me to go in today in the morning. I went in the morning still no manager but the guy was really helpful and told me to call and see what she would say , I’ve been calling since 6am it is currently 8:30 and no answer from the store it just sends my calls to voicemail or they tell me the manager is not available. It’s really frustrating trying to do something as simple as a return and yet I’ve struggled so much to get ahold of ANYONE. Definitely not going back after I get my $100 dollar refund
