The food is good, but the employees can be rude. It was my bad to take for myself napkins that they were not given, and the cashier started to make fun of me with other customer, believing that I did not speak Spanish. So unpleasant.

I have had Subway since high school. It good but customer service is the priority. All the ones I always stopped by very excellent service and good quality how they make your sandwich . BUT THIS ONE IN THE UNION STATION, you try to tell them to put MORE” but they act like they don’t understand . It’s like if they serve it with one or two pickles or tomatoes it doesn’t matter if you order foot long. THEY BERLY SERVE OR PUT ANYTHING.

They wrapped my burger in paper which had stains in it. The employees have an attitude problem.

I’m an employee at union station I usually don’t have time to get lunch so I come here usually and when I came it was after the Dodger parade and I understand it was a long line they busy I know how it feels don’t have time to take a break but still the male that was working around 3pm was incredibly rude tossing my sandwich on the board like it’s not their money paying for it .i could’ve gone and spend my 20 dollars at the hibachi truck outside but i still came here. I usually come and he’s always like it . Why work there if you’re being an ass to customers .

I came here tday 11/22/24 and ordered one churro. The guy doing it had to try three times just to make one which is understandable because maybe he’s new… until I saw him playing with my churro and mimicking a “adult play” with it, laughing with his coworkers before giving it to me. Disgusting he should be fired

Subway’s restaurants pollute the air. I’m sitting in Union Station waiting for a train and I feel like throwing up from the smell of subway. I don’t understand why anybody eats that fake bread.

Man this subway is pricey! I wish someone could tell the staff:
"Hey, folks who take the Public transportation, primarily do it because they can't even afford a car. So, instead of your Beverly Hills price, why don't you acknowledge that?"
Seriously, with the amount of foot traffic that comes through here, theirs no excuse why they are not outselling everyone. (And all the neighboring restaurants exceed these prices, so their is an opening for a conventional fast food joint. As oppose to this subway for those who breath a little easier.)
