Jennifer an Judy are the nicest people that you could ever meet. But the manager is Satan's sister. An that's putting it nicely. She is very rude an doesn't care what you say your problem or anything. People come to places like this for work an help. It is kinda embarrassing going in there asking for help. An attitude an just being rude doesn't help nothing.

Two words, "Racial Bias" !!! Will only call the black or brown skin people for the less desirable, low paying jobs, and give the rest to their white friends or family, I guess ? But for real, I really don't care, because my Lord God sees "ALL" !!! And believe me, "Any" company can, and will fall if they continue to do "selective" hiring like this.

As previously mentioned, the chosen system is not based off of "First come, first served" nor many times even qualification/s, familiarity with those that assign the jobs is 60%, qualification/s 30% & then a 10% pseudo-random methodology, having been going to the Saraland location off and on for about 12 years, nothing has changed and "Appearance" is certainly not factored in since many who were taken before others looked like they were career homeless, not just some of us "out of work" blokes.

I want to say this is a great place to work for they don't go for no bs doe if they see you really not willing to work coming in with flip flops and a tank top on hell nawl they not gonna send you but the ones who really dedicated to getting sent out wearing steel toes and appropriate work clothes is most likely the one who is going to get sent out I messed myself up listening to someone else wish I would of never did that and they don't give 2nd chances but I still love Mrs Karen, Cora, and Mrs Dell

Moved here from Georgia after losing my mother and needed work asap but was told to come back that it was to late to fell out an application even though I got up at 5 am and waited till they were open ugh waist of time feel like it should be first come first served but oh well
