Tried to call several times - every time heard different information. Last time lady that picked up the phone said that she was not the secretary so she didn’t know what was going on, as she said she “just happened to answer the phone”. One of the person recommended me to stop by (as far I understood it was a secretary). I came to the building- it was very sad, no one from the department I needed was there. Another lady opened the door and was not helpful at all and made me feel like I was some annoying door to door sailing person and she just wanted to get rid of me. Horrible experience.
