These people are rude and mean. They confused me with someone else . Didn’t I’d the person. Kept telling me I just got out of rehab when I kept saying I did not. Told me if I don’t tell the truth they’re hanging up the phone on me. Denied me food. I called and complained, said the women I charged would call me withen one day , it’s a week later and no call. I called back and left a message and still no call back. The women in the office for the food pantry that is in charge for that department I emailed her and asked why does my records say anything about me just getting out of rehab and she ignored it and no response. I’m not working due to TBI. And I have a child to care for. You would think these people would help but no . When I went to the police station to ask for a solution they said that they are confusing me with another women with my name. No body will contact me nore respond. Even if I just left a rehab center WHY DENY A PERSON HELP. These people are cruel !
