I have attended UMCGf for decades. We are a welcoming and loving congregation with meaningful Sunday morning worship and other programs. Pastor Yunki Kim is a dynamic and relatable preacher who delivers a useful and engaging message each week. Our sanctuary always presents high quality visuals and our excellent choir, organist and other musicians add moving and inspirational service music and anthems to every service. Come meet us and experience our worship Sunday mornings at 1030.

From the moment we stepped into the United Methodist Church of Gales Ferry, we knew we had found something special. This church isn’t just a place of worship, it’s a family. The warmth, kindness, and inclusivity of this congregation are truly remarkable. No matter who you are or where you come from, you are welcomed with open arms and genuine love.

Our children absolutely love coming to church and Sunday School, and as parents, it means the world to see them so excited to learn and grow in their faith. There’s something for everyone here - beautiful worship arts, a talented chorus, joyful dancing, and a deep sense of community that fills every service with light and love.

It all depends on what direction you're coming from on Rt.12 turn on to
Chapman Lane #10
a thin road goes up a small llllshort Hill divides Lt & Rt. The left lane close to a large parking lot and through there you enter into multiple parts of them this large wonderful spiritual I would call it a retreat cuz it makes you feel really good. I have not ventured into the left side is true heaven Thank you so much for being able to join you & help. 😇
