My son regularly waits 30-40 mins every morning. But God forbid he isn't out there at 7, they will legit leave him the one day he isn't out there exactly on time. I hate this company with a passion

Pretty terrible communication.
People don’t seem to be on the same page about when and where the busses will be. Having my kid told by the driver she needs to be at the bus stop earlier, then calling to clarify only to be told she’s supposed to be at a completely different stop and time. Then showing up at the time and place we were told but the bus was already gone. And then trying to call to get the information clarified again and no one answers the phone. Super frustrating.
