If you are a parent who is going to voice your concern this is not the place for you. Every time I brought up a concern about my child there was emails accusing me of bullying and violating their code of conduct. If I did not have concerns there would was never an issue. They like to exclude you from their program for any and every reason. I once had to bring my daughter to her doctor two different times because they kept saying she had pink eye. Brought her to the doctor my daughter didn’t even have symptoms of pink eye. When ever it rains the building floods and there will be no school there have been no school for rodent problems any reason to close the school they will. They are specific to what kind of diapers you can use for ur child. Pampers 360 cruisers aren’t Allowed. The learning is okay nothing spectacular. Since my 4 year old has left she is developing so beautifully. My younger daughter started walking at 9 months at almost 14 months they are constantly taking her socks off in the cold months and can not find her socks at pick up as if she is just learning to walks when I addressed the issue I was told there needed to be a meeting and that my daughter couldn’t return until then. It’s an option if you are in need to child care other than that I wouldn’t recommend. They were asking me to use at home Covid tests on my 4 month old even though it clearly states not for use in children under 2 when I addressed this again it turned into a confrontation with them accusing me of being rude. Instead of addressing my concerns they want to talk about how great there teachers are. Lastly they will communicate with you through app messaging but have an issue when you respond the same way. I finally took my daughter out after having to constantly go back and forth with the director.

Recently I was reflecting on our time here at TC4. My oldest will be graduating from the preschool program and has been going here since he was 9 months. My youngest has been enrolled since he was 3 months and will be moving up to the preschool side of TC4. Both my husband and I agree we made the superb choice to have these boys experience this center during their early fundamental stages of learning. The excellent teachers and staff have nurtured and guided these boys along their journey of highs and lows. From baby signs to communicate in the infant class, using their words as a toddler, and showing empathy and compassion as a preschooler… these boys have been surrounded by an excellent environment. We’ve been so happy here, and an ease to our minds/heart!

Tc4 was instrumental in helping to raise my child. The love she received from each of her teachers meant the world to us. From the infant room till the end of her preschool years she had many opportunities to explore in a safe space. She was encouraged to be herself and loved going to school every day. The administration always worked with us especially when we needed extra support during a family crisis. Not only did they support us but I don't know how we would have made it without their help. Tc4 has always and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you Christy, Sarah and the amazing staff at Tc4.

My son is about to graduate in August after having been at TC4 since he turned 1. The teachers have been fantastic to work with as my wife and I, as first time parents, have learned a great deal from their guidance and have reassured us as our little one crossed developmental milestones. We highly recommend TC4 for anyone who is interested in high quality education and care for their little ones.

DO NOT take your children to this place. They are good at faking it until you report concerns regarding your child. I made the poor decision to enroll my child in this hostile environment. One teacher Eileen from thr condors children room, abused and bullied my child. When this was reported they looked into the cameras and saw that the child had not lied about the events that had occurred. She smiles a lot when parents are present but kids will always report her as the one who yells at them, is very mean, yells and makes them cry. There was no audio and Christy the director who lacks any form of professional work ethic, and was extremely rude; came up with all theories and excuses that were aimed at protecting her business despite the evident child abuse at her facility. She will talk over you, cut you off, raise her voice, dismiss any concerns, blame your child for "misunderstanding," and visibly shake in rage. She shouldn't be around children either. They also use these for some weird clinical trials from some school of psychology, and rookie dental students gaining experience on your child. Parents are given a consent form and even if you don't consent to this nonsense, your child will still report back as having participated. You're also given a consent form that allows for them to use your child's pictures on their Facebook page. I denied consent. Despite not having my own child's pictures on my Facebook page, and having signed this form, they still violated her rights and posted her pictures on their Facebook business page. Money and business is all that matters to them. Never the child's well being or mental health. They will not respect your wishes and will do whatever they can to use your child to generate funds. Even if it means illegally posting the pics of a minor child on social media. I pulled my child out immediately. Also make sure you contact the relevant authorities to follow up on their abuse and neglect, and file a report on their abuse. We'd raised concerns about the you tube videos they'd play for the kids, for once they had an extremely offensive and child inappropriate commercial. As opposed to taking responsibility their excuse was that it was you tube kids, but that wasn't the point. Point is your "safe you tube kids," had a commercial with grown men dressed only in underwear on it. Don't ignore your parental instinct. This place is a horrible place for kids, with horrible teachers like Eileen who comes across as nice until your child who spends hours with her in a day tells you about her bullying ways. Christy the director is extremely unprofessional and needless to say a very unpleasant person to logically converse with. Record and report their attempts to cover up child abuse.
