The content is great; but I’m not loving the online interface. I can barely hear anything, and I’m using a laptop that is right out of the box brand new.

Not sure if my lack of technical skills is the problem, so I’m giving TSI the benefit of the doubt. My test scores are not encouraging; but they could be more to do with my lack of sleep and, see above, poor audio. I think most educators agree that if your students cannot hear your lectures, they are less likely to pass examinations on the material covered BY those lectures!

If you are looking for a training class that is engaging and informative then these are your guys. Everyone knows ACM training is a slog, but these guys do a great job of making it interesting.
