Sue made my experience getting CPR certified so easy and smooth. The class was simple and straight forward not a lot of unnecessary downtime. She was very knowledgeable and broke down every aspect of the class in a simple and timely manner. I feel better prepared in an emergency situation after taking this course. 10/10 would highly recommend coming back here when it’s time to renew.

This was my second time coming here to renew my BLS certification. Sue is funny but also knowledgeable and doesn't waste anyone's time. Class starts right on time and you don't take breaks, which is fine for me because I don't think anyone ever "enjoys" spending their Saturday morning renewing a cert. You just get through the required material and get on with you day. Personally, I think Sue talks a bit fast, but she's happy to repeat things and answer questions. Stress free and also a bit cheaper than some of the other places in the area. They are located within a larger building, so just give yourself a few extra minutes to find the room and you'll be fine.

Sue makes recertification for your CPR easy. She is very knowledgeable and makes it exciting. This is my second time actually going to one of her classes. A very affordable class compared to others in Columbus area and you actually leave with Bls card same day. Definitely will recommend to my nurse friends.

Sue was an amazing instructor! For something that I often dread having to renew every 2 years, she made this CPR class entertaining. I had a phenomenal experience at Rapid Response for the BLS/CPR training. The course was condensed & fun. Sue was a fabulous instructor who was engaging and had the class laughing. I will be back in 2 years to update my certificate.
