The U hosted my comedy show. We live streamed from the event space. They really took ownership and over delivered for each component of the show. The U team produced the live stream, hosted the space, handled vendors, created the run of show and handled ticket registration. I was so pleased with the communication throughout the planning and into the night of the event. I would highly recommend the whole team. The peace of mind I had knowing they were running the technical assistance and production allowed me to expand my teams capacity and focus on the content for the show.

Black Women In Nature participated in the 12 week Urban Launch School and are soooo grateful for how much we learned, the resources we were given and the MANY connections we made. The U did a phenomenal job fostering community, making space for individualized support and they have even continued to support us after the program. It is clear that they genuinely care about each person/organization that participates in their programs and workshops! We look forward to staying connected to The U and highly recommend their programs to others.

This space is amazing! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Who ever put this space together did it with the intent to educate and elevate the community. We need more ecosystems like this for both our youth and adults that are in the process of pivoting their careers. I am a believer of lifetime student and this is the perfect place for learning and connecting with others not matter the age. Thank you Urban Business Development for creating a safe space for women like me to evolve.

Lolo The Marketing Goddess, Ron The Business Guru, and Ski The Tech Wiz! What an awesome team!
I was apart of their Urban Accelerator Bootcamp and I was blown away by their professionalism and their expertise about building a business from just about every different vertical. I took home a lifetime of information and have the tools plus the resources needed to navigate a successful business along with a plan of action. They created a warm welcoming environment for us to build community and learn the principles of creating a solid foundation. I recommend you check them out!

This review will never be enough to describe the impact The U has had on me already. To be able to be given the keys to success is invaluable. Ron, Lolo & Ski have been gracious with their time and resource (and money), and have given us a space to reach our goals. The gap between us and success is always going to be information. This place gives you that info. I was apart of the first bootcamp and all weekend, they stretched our minds. They had us thinking outside of the box and allowed us to apply the teachings immediately. The U helped meet all of our organization needs. It was a pleasure to have a space that was both creative and professional. We were able to bring in an entire production team and have plenty of space for other production needs. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
