Michelle was so helpful setting me up with my library card, answering all of my questions about digital downloads, and welcoming me to the community. There seems to be a great selection of hot books with reasonable wait times from my brief research so far. Loved how many cultural events are planned seasonally as well - looking forward to attending some in the coming months. They also still have the drive up pick up option for convenience.

I’m still really shocked they sent a $10 unpaid fee I wasn’t aware of to a collections agency, even though it wasn’t “real collections”, according to the person I spoke with, whatever that means.

Please give your patrons a courtesy phone call about an outstanding bill like this before handing a company private information. Very strange practice from a public library.

The Grandview Library is has an amazing selection of books and is very clean. The staff are always very friendly and are proactive in asking if you need any help.

The building is very accessible for anyone to come in, with ramps and elevators to get to the different levels, good signage, and automatic doors. There are several accessible parking spaces to get in the building, and also easy to access book-drops to drop books into if you choose not to go inside. The space inside is very open, so you can see very far in the library to different areas. It is easy to move around the shelves and the tables and chairs do not block anything. The noise is very minimal.

A really friendly and resourceful library! It has two floors. Books, DVDs, console games, and music all available here. There is a computer section with more than 10 computers available. There are different areas for all ages, such as a children’s area, a teen area, and a general non-fiction and fiction area. There is a quiet reading room on the top floor, and three open study rooms with white boards, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Many tables and chairs throughout the library.

Many amenities including public phone, vending machines, and restrooms. The library is wheelchair accessible. The library has been following COVID-19 protocols, and provide masks at the door, and hand sanitizing stations for your convenience.

My family's favorite library for a decade now. Staff really goes out of their way to assist. There's a notary on staff - just call ahead to schedule a day/time with them. Great quiet areas for studying.

I absolutely love this library. The set up of the books is fun, fresh, and extremely inviting. The inside is open and wide making it an overall accessible environment. I come here a lot to study and it’s a great quiet place as well. You should go to the top if you want the more "quite" area as downstairs some performers come to the place. From the photo I have you can see the New Fiction clearly labeled demonstrating that one can independently browse the materials without having to ask another individual. Though I'm not currently able to enter inside because of the COVID-19 pandemic the two photos I have show the general open atmosphere and open accessibility of the place.

I drive 20 mins to bring my toddler son here for Storytime once a week. Karen is awesome! They are great about making new scavenger hunts & rotating toys. They also have a new craft every week with all the materials needed and the crafts are SO CUTE! Thank you so much to everyone who makes this such an awesome place for kids to visit! We appreciate you.
