We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with BFA. Between the teachers, Care Day updates and the facility we've been more than impressed. There's a great energy and warmth about BFA and we've felt so at home dropping our 4mo daughter off each day. I can tell her teachers truly care about her. She lights up at drop off... that alone is all I need to know she's in good hands.

BFA has been a fantastic choice for our son as he transitioned from full time care at home to daycare. Our biggest concern going into this was whether or not we would find a daycare that not only provided the right level of attention to our son, but also listened and acted on our concerns as parents. I’m pleased to say that the BFA staff has exceeded our expectations in both of these regards. The staff are friendly, communicative, and professional at all times and we feel so comfortable leaving our baby in their hands. The facilities are always kept very clean and they have appropriate procedures in place to alert and handle instances of sick children. We would recommend BFA on 5th to any of our friends or prospective parents.

I can’t imagine my grandsons (2&5) being at better preschool/childcare center than Balanced Family Academy in Grandview! Helen & Katie are so welcoming and everyone there calls me by my grandma name, JuJu, including many of the other children in their classes! I admire their teachers with their positive attitudes, educational activities, fun holiday pictures, inside & outside playtime, constructive discipline when needed, attention to their wellbeing at all times and parent & grandparent involvement. Not only is the staff super friendly, but all the parents & children radiate the same as they come & go. There has never been a time where I have taken or picked up my grandsons where I haven’t gotten a hug from the other children in the class or when a parent hasn’t had a smile on their face, helping me with the boys, holding a door, grabbing an arm as they run, or saying hello & goodbye! It’s a wonderful place, makes me smile and I’m so happy my grandsons have the opportunity to go there. In my book, they deserve higher than a 5 star rating!!!!

We are very thankful for this daycare where we know our son is safe, loved, and learning new things! The teachers are also very nice and do a great job at updating us on how our son is doing through the day. We enjoy getting pictures through out the day showing us all the fun things they are doing in the classroom.

We love BFA! The staff have been so friendly, kind, and welcoming. We know our child is in safe and loving hands while in their care, and they keep us updated all day through the app! The infant room teachers, Jakara, Lily, and Jui, are amazing; So thankful!

Worth the Wait! Our infant started daycare at a different facility while we waited on a spot at BFA. Her previous center was good but BFA goes over and above. The teachers are so good with communication. The amount of enrichment activities that they do in the infant room is amazing - each day she is exploring and trying something new. The admin team is always available for questions or just to say hi. Can’t recommend it enough!

We just finished our first month at BFA on 5th for our first child. We are extremely happy with the care our kid receives. Our baby smiles at their teacher every morning and is happy when picked up. We get updates throughout the day and when needed have an open line of communication with the teachers. The teachers and systems at BFA have made the transition for us new parents smooth and we feel relieved that our child is well taken care of.

This is an excellent daycare. Our daughter has been enrolled here for over a year now. We have been very happy with BFA. They definitely go above & beyond to make sure the kids and parents are happy. I would recommend this daycare.
