I liked it, the setting was really relaxing, however this was my first time and I'm new to yoga. I felt like I really didn't know what I was doing and at times, I was having a little difficulty. I wish the instructor would have been a little hands on and offered me some assistance in getting my stance right or just let me know what I was doing wrong and what I should do to get it right so I can eventually feel comfortable.

Went to Julie’s Pilates and HAD to go back! Wanted to try something new so I tried trapeze with Juneda! Absolutely amazing!! Such a kind, warm stuff and a clean place to explore what your body can do. Glad I got a membership 🙂

My wife & I loved the bungee cardio class! The dolphin move is a wild experience. We loved the studio so much we came back later the same day for a soundbath meditation. We left feeling very relaxed & in a great mood. I highly recommend!

The instructors are very knowledgeable about the practice of yoga. They are very welcoming and personable, and often take requests at the beginning of class. The classes I take are the perfect level and flow for me, and also at very convenient times for my schedule. The type of classes offered are diverse and unique (I do miss Seven Sculpt!). Seven offers a number of community classes each week which helps increase exposure of the practice of yoga to many people. In non-Covid times the studio is a convenient location for me. Class sign up is easy and you can accumulate points toward free classes. The technology is superior to other studios through which I've practiced. The studio also does so much to support local causes which are important in our community.

I’ve only taken a few classes so far (the pic is from candlelight yoga!) but I’m sorry in love with this studio! The yoga instructors are amazing and there’s a really sweet welcoming and open vibe

Just started attending 7 Studios. The instructors I have had so far are good, I like the location, and the studio is great. However, my biggest complaint is that I like Hot yoga, but their "Hot Yoga" is not really "Hot". It is more like a regular yoga class. Most other hot yoga that I have been to has a separate room that is closed off and heated to a pretty high temperature...which you feel as soon as you walk in. This studio is not closed off and really can't be heated to a high temperature because the door to the studio opens/closes while the class is going on. They do have heaters that help, but I don't think is gets very hot.

I was in town for a two week work training and was able to take multiple classes at this studio. I absolutely LOVED it and was so grateful to have found a spot with awesome teachers, a comfortable space and a location within walking distance of my hotel. For anyone looking for a good workout and super-welcoming staff and classmates, I'd highly suggest Seven Studios. I'll be back anytime I visit Columbus 🙂

The bungee fitness class is 2nd to none! What a workout! Julie is so kind, patient, encouraging and challenged all of us in the class. I've already scheduled again! I also want to mention I am driving 38 mins to go to Seven Studios!
