As a resident physician with a busy, sometimes unpredictable schedule, renewing my ACLS certification ended up being accessible and hassle-free thanks to the online course offered. They also offer classes in the evenings as well as the check-offs should you do an online course, which was helpful. Extra kudos because I was supposed to go in at 7 PM but I got a text when there was an opening in a 5:30 PM skills check-off and I was in and out in 25 minutes! I really appreciated that the staff are not only knowledgeable but also are accommodating to busy schedules.

I took the CPR/First Aid class for non healthcare providers. It was very welcoming and engaging. It was a small class so it was very personalized training. The instructor (Kathy) did a great job and I felt very comfortable. I felt like I walked away better prepared and confident in doing CPR/AED/First Aid.
