All my instructors was the best they all helped me in way to accomplish my goal. Once they see you put the work in. They’ll give you 100% from all there techniques and skills to help you pass. Special shout out to (Mike pad patrol ) (Devin & Dakota ) the two jokesters it was a definitely a good time when they was on the pad together. OG Marcus always kept it 100 with me and tell me you got this stop overthinking stuff I appreciate that Fosho. La Derrick one of the funniest people at Roadmaster. I’ll never forget when La derrick took me and Mohammed Abdi on the road together that one for the ages. Eric definitely a good guy definitely gave me a lot of tips on the road drive appreciate that . Mis Susan was mean at first man. But if you know yo stuff she will definitely lighten up for sure and really put 100% effort into you cause she see that you really want this and that you not BS. Max was good sometimes her approach could come off a little harsh sometimes( You killing me smalls ) that’s her favorite. It never affected me but some people it did. Just most people didn’t have tough skin. But overall great instructor. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU ALL

Pros: One of the best schools in USA! Good instructors with lots of experience! You just have to listen to them and follow their instructions!
Cons: I wish they have more instructors and trucks as sometimes you can’t have enough time to try and master your skills!

My experience at this school was disappointing 🥲, and I hope the following feedback will help them improve. I'll highlight both the negatives and the positives, with the hope that they address the areas that need attention. 🤲

Firstly, time management 🕕 is a significant issue. It feels like the main priority is enrolling as many students as possible, rather than providing quality training. For instance, there’s a shortage of instructors, which results in each instructor having to handle a group of 8 students 👬. This is a large number, especially when you consider that during a full day of training, you might only get to drive once or twice for about 15 minutes each time.

Another problem I encountered was inconsistency with scheduling. On some days, I would arrive on time at 7:30 AM, only to be told that there was no space for me. It’s frustrating to hear this repeatedly, as it wastes your time and leaves you standing around, doing nothing.

On the positive side, the instructors themselves are fantastic. They are genuinely dedicated to teaching and helping you succeed. They are not concerned with administrative matters. They are only employees and do not bear responsibility for mistakes. They are only responsible for training students well.
However, there needs to be better communication and coordination between the administration and the instructors to streamline the process and improve organization.

For the 200 hours I spent, about 45 hours were in the classroom, around 21 hours were spent in the incab and pre-trip sessions, and only about 15 hours involved actual driving on the road or doing maneuvers. The remaining 119 hours were filled with observations and long periods of waiting in the cold.

In conclusion, my advice is this: It’s not the number of graduates that matters—it’s the quality of the training and the amount of time dedicated to ensuring students master the skills required to be competent drivers.
