Our family is absolutely obsessed with BFA Upper Arlington! They've made our transition to parenthood SO seamless. They make us feel like we are part of a true community and they cater to all our daughter's specific needs, caring for her as an individual! We love all the special updates we get throughout the day and end of day recaps where we get to hear all about her milestones and funny stories of her crazy antics! BFA also provides the best snacks and meals, our daughter LOVES! We're so grateful to feel so confident in our childcare and feel our daughter is so loved!

From the moment we walked in, the staff, teachers, and administrators made us feel welcome, and it’s clear how much they care about every family. This place truly feels like a second home for our boys. They look forward to going every day, especially for share days and love all the time they get to play outside.

The teachers have been incredible at building our boys’ confidence, and it’s amazing to see their personalities shine while they’re at daycare. The environment is always clean, safe, and engaging, and the communication is outstanding. We receive regular report cards, updates on how their days went, and plenty of photos and videos so we never feel out of the loop.

What really sets Balanced Family Academy apart is how they support the entire family. They offer after-hours activities, delicious optional dinners that are easy to prepare, and even semi-regular pizza nights where parents can enjoy a date night while the kids stay and play.

My grand daughter is in the playhouse at BFA and she absolutely loves it! When I pick her up at the end of the day, she excited to tell me all about her day! The teachers greet me with a smile every time and expresses how they simply adores my baby girl! Not only is she having a wonderful learning experience and fun times…She’s treated like family! Balanced Family Academy is a wonderful place to send your children. The staff are amazing and professional. Their knowledge and care for kids is everything a parent could ever want. I never have to worry about my kids when I’m at work because I know they’re having the time of their lives at BFA! Plus I can check in on how their day is going through the app. Cannot recommend this organization enough!

Our daughter began attending BFA in November when she was 3 months old and I had to go back to work. We have been nothing but happy with BFA - the staff, the facility...everything! We feel that they truly care about our baby! We get updates all day long about her activity and they quickly respond to any message we send them. We love BFA! We have had many experiences with different child cares since our older one was born. BFA is definitely one of the best. I really like the curriculums they have, such as Nature, Yoga, water day and Jump bunch. Their facility is nice and clean, the teacher there is very patient and tries to bond with the kids (a big shout out to Miss D in the beaver room at Club house). I feel my child gets to learn and have fun there. I can see how much Natalie has grown!
