Legally passed the student driver & instructor of this truck on St Rt 747 Princeton Glendale on 8/17 at 10:30am unprovoked the instructor in the passenger seat immediately started flipping me and my 8 & 4 year old sons off. When I start recording his actions he changed his tune to a thumbs up when I put the phone down he started flipping us off again. I don’t believe this instructor should be an example for any new driver getting into this profession. I would like to have a conversation with management regarding this instructor before end of business on 8/19.

i was receiving texts and calls daily from napier trucking from ritchie i explained to him the first time that he called that I live over an hour away from their school in kentucky and i wasnt interested in napier and i was being very kind however ritchie is very pushy thought i shoud make that drie to attend there school and was degrading other schools which in my opinion is very unprofessional and I recorded the call as well with my iphone and i very nicely asked ritchie to take me out of the call log and please do not text me anymore also ritchie then was very rude so i hung up on him the calls continued all week and into the following week the ast call i took from ritchie i told him the police was on there way and he started laughing at me i did make police report so that way if it continued i coud press harassment charges against the company cuz thats who ritchie represents so the next day i didnt get any call or text after making the police report but 2 days after now i have a John that seems very respectful and understood he says but i guess we will see if i receive a text and call tomorrow and if i do well i will move forward with charges

I want to thank Joel the week class instructor in the classroom and all the instructors outside I passed my cdl training and got my cdl with no problems so it you want to learn from a good teacher in the classroom room Joel is your man and the a good driving instructor and also the other instructor are just as good and thanks Amy the owner of Napier

I was enrolled in the weekend class. . My experience was wonderful the staff was friendly and amazing and really wanted to see me get my CDL. Weekend classes can be harder due to the information not being able to be spread out as much but if you put your mind to it, you can do it so don’t let that discourage you. Overall it was still a very good experience. They also help you tremendously when looking for a job. Definitely would recommend Napier over other trucking schools.

I came here to this location trying to get a CDL and was directed to apply for companys without a CDL. The manager told me eh sometimes they will hire you without it. I asked to apply for a grant and this is what he told me. Get a job. Get money. Then come back. Terrible.

I graduated from Napier (2023) and had a great experience with the school. Staff are all good people and take their time with you on which ever weak point you need help with. Joel which is the classroom instructor is an absolute killer teacher. I will never forget securely mounted cracked or broken hah. But the school is great. Highly recommend.

I Graduated from Napier Truck Diving school in June 2007. I have been reading many of the post from those that attended and had results that did not meet their expectations. I enjoyed my time at Napier. I asked a lot of questions, and when I had problems with any of the maneuvering skills all I had to do was ask and they let me skip those skills that I was comfortable with and practice more on those that I had problems. Many of the students in my class failed the first attempt at getting their CDL, I was lucky enough to pass on the first go. I don’t know if this applies now like it did when I took classes from Napier, but the thing that I noticed from my fellow classmates that failed was that they failed at the thing or things that they struggled with in class. Straight line got a lot of people as well as blind side backing. Ask questions, request more time practicing those skills that you know that you are not comfortable performing and I believe that more students will find better success. Just my opinion.
