Used my passport option to take a class and the two coaches were very kind and helpful to my mother and husband you joined along with me. Unfortunately, there aren’t many F45 options in the greater Cincinnati area so it was a far drive from where we were visiting. But gym was clean and equipment was in very good condition.

My wife has done F45 for a couple years. I finally joined her for a class in Feb and really enjoyed it. I signed up and find myself missing class if I haven't been in a few days. The space is always clean and the trainers are excellent. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to up their fitness!

Such a great experience! It’s an organized workout that goes by so fast. No intimidation or pressure. The trainers are so helpful to make sure you are doing the exercises properly to reduce injury. You must try it out.

I took my first class in June 2024 and have been hooked ever since! I love the variety F45 brings with its equipment, movements, and workout formats designed to challenge you. Everyone is so supportive – especially the coaches who motivate you to reach your goals. The at-home workouts via the app are a game changer when you travel or can’t make it into class! So appreciative of all the coaches!
