Every single time I dance here I can't stop smiling. The energy and music combined with the fun instructors makes it my favorite workout. So grateful for Jess + team who have brought this fun workout to Cincinnati! Cannot recommend enough!

FUN is the best word to describe everything about DFF! challenging workouts with the best instructors. They make you feel like you're at a party and never exercising. Every class is always upbeat, positive, and energetic. There is variety in the different classes they offer and you are guaranteed to leave in a great mood. The owner Jess has poured her heart into this place and it shows. I have followed her and many of her other instructors at various studios over the years and can safely say, nothing compares to Dance Factory. I personally have taken classes until 41 weeks pregnant and came out strong in my postpartum recovery. All ages, shapes, and sizes are welcomed here and they have created a community that gets you feeling awesome both physically and mentally.

Jess and her team are AMAZING! I was stuck in a funk and bored with my workouts until I joined the Dance Factory. Classes are so fun and there really is something for everyone at every age. If you’re thinking about trying it out stop contemplating and go for it! I promise you won’t regret it!

I have never enjoyed working out. After years of trying almost every type of workout and class, Dance Factory Fitness is the only one I have ever loved. I have been dancing and sweating for a year now and still look forward to class every week. The instructors are amazing, the environment is fun, and the workouts are challenging. 5 stars across the board!!!

AMAZING! So happy this gym exists! Did a "new member" BOGO pass last weekend with a few of my girlfriends from Barre and loved Tiffany as my instructor! She is someone that you tell just loves what she does and you leave craving that energy, excitement, and passion!

The whole facility is gorgeous, super clean and really can appreciate everything they have for an after sweaty workout!

My wife routinely goes to Dance Factory and loves it. When she suggested that we do our four year old daughter’s birthday there, I was a bit skeptical. Hand up, my skepticism was completely unfounded. Jess did such a good job of keeping the kids engaged and the party was a smashing success. Couldn’t recommend the experience more highly.

I love going to the Dance Factory, and so do my kids! Their child care is the best from all the studios I’ve tried. I always leave feeling that I had an awesome workout, and my kids have so much fun. It’s a win-win!! We were recently traveling on vacation, and they told me they were missing “the pink couch place”. 🩷
