The treatment program at Ohio Addiction Recovery Center is positively life changing. The staff in every department went above and beyond, not only fulfilling their duties, but in making residential patients feel like family. The material covered in the program was informative and made easy to understand by staff. The AA and NA meetings were excellent, with outside speakers brought in. The activities were inclusive and an absolute blast, serving as a reminder that we can have fun in recovery and sobriety. The therapy dogs are the sweetest, comforting little guys. The case managers and coordinators made the experience seamless, even helping with things needed after the program. The techs worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed at all times and have been where we are, offering experience, strength, and hope. The nursing staff was empathetic, caring, kind, and compassionate, providing comfort and expert care. The counselors were great teachers as well as amazing listeners and kind people, making group sessions engaging and interesting. I can't say enough wonderful things about the extraordinary staff and experience I had at OARC. My life is forever changed in a positive and profound way thanks to everyone there. Sobriety feels fantastic and my future is brighter! #WeDoRecover

I really enjoyed this place from the time of admission to the time of discharge… all stuff helped me on this new journey and I can not thank them enough!!! The staff is very knowledgeable, and extremely relatable! They make you feel like family, even the counselors that are not assigned to you. I could not have made my start to recovery any better. Shout out to the man behind all the activities, you know who you are! It taught me that you could have fun while being sober. I also appreciated the meetings at night (especially the peer led group meeting), it gave me a sense of what it was going to be like when I got out.

There are not enough things I can possibly say about O.A.R.C. Plain and simple this place saved my life. One thing I will say is if you’re not willing to put in the work then don’t waste your time. But if you go to class… Work with your counselors… Talk to the nursing staff and take this seriously you will not find a cleaner, accommodating, more welcoming place. Don’t get me wrong it’s not vacation but do you want to keep living the way you are? Didn’t think so! So get your shit together And take a chance on yourself. Get ready to FIGHT LIKE HELL! It’s worth it believe me!

Although it is a very expensive rehabilitation facility you receive the counseling that you need to recover! Out of the 3 and facilities I have been to, OARC is by far the best! The admission process was seamless and everyone from the clinical staff, the counselors, tech staff and all the guys in my group really contributed to my success. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
