I had the best experience with this program! From pre-op to hospital stay to post-op, they were there to answer any questions and guidance. There was never any judgement on my journey from anyone involved and the support group has been awesome. My surgery was 12-13-23! Dr Maurice Page was and is my Dr. Who saved my life from obesity! It runs in my family. My highest weight was 291 on my 58th birthday and I am now 179 pounds and happier than I was back then. He saved my life!

My experience could not have been better. The nurses, dietitians, & surgeons treated me very well. I had my bypass surgery by Dr. Dabbs and another surgery with Dr. Miller. Both were very polite and explained everything clearly. I live an hour away and don’t regret making the trip.

The Mt. Carmel staff has been incredible to work with in going through the Bariatric Surgery program. Kat is incredibly helpful and goes out of her way to reach out and answer any questions you'll have before and after surgery. Brandi the Dietician was instrumental in my success for sure, she broke down eating habits and changes I needed to make to prepare myself for after surgery and continued success. I lost 74 lbs. before ever having surgery just by following her plan and recommendations.

I can't thank them enough! All the surgical staff and recovery nurses and caregiver's were also fantastic!

Dr. Miller was my doctor. He was very straight forward and clear about my pros and cons. I'm 135lbs down thanks to being a part of this program and it's been less than a year. My sister and best friend went through the same program and all of us would do it again without a doubt.

Such an amazing team, great support, efficient doctors. I’m 6 mo post op and have had 0 complications. The staff is easy to reach and ask questions. And it has been such a smooth transition. Down 80 lbs since I started the program and I am so happy my insurance only covered a Center of Excellence

My experience has been nothing but fabulous, from the first visit and currently. Dr Dabbs is my surgeon, he's amazing ,always friendly, he listens and answers any and all questions. I would recommend anyone considering weight loss surgery to come here. They treat you with the utmost respect, the team makes sure you are prepared for surgery and after surgery. I felt very prepared and knew that if I had any concerns I could reach out to anyone here and get my questions answered. The day of surgery I was amazed at how everyone at Mt Carmel was so friendly, calming and ready to help. When I checked in on the 2 nd Floor, Holly checked me in and my nerves got the best of me, and I started to tear up, she was such a sweetheart she prayed with me and told me everything was going to go great. That not only is Dr Dabbs a great surgeon, but he's a wonderful caring person. I'm sure she has plenty of patients that have the same stress levels the day of surgery, but she is a true blessing to Mt Carmel her kind words started my surgery day off to go from stressed to blessed and excited for my new journey. After sugery I was moved to the 5 th floor where I received excellent care, my nurse Shannon was the best, she's an asset to Mt Carmel! She was always so helpful and kind. Dr Dabbs came in day after surgery and checked on me, I thought that was nice! Often after sugery you won't see the surgeon till your check up, it showed they truly care about every patient they see. I could write a book about how excellent Mt Carmel Bariatric Program is, but I'll stop here and say if you are considering weight loss surgery go to Mt Carmel it'll be the best decision you make!!!

Everyone in the office is always so friendly! I was supported every step of the way during my program. The NP Ron is very knowledgeable and an awesome resource to the patients and the team. My surgeon was DR. Miller and I couldn't have asked for a better one. He was always willing to answer questions before the surgery and after! He even traveled to remove my gallbladder a year after my surgery. I really appreciate him!! The nutrition team are always a call or email away and the coaches post surgery are also amazing!! They called and checked on me almost as much as my mother did! Lol I can't say enough good things about this clinic,, they gave me my life back and I'll always be greatful!!
