My son takes horse riding lessons from Missy, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Missy has a way of connecting with her students and creating a fun, supportive environment for learning. My son has grown so much as a rider under her guidance and has developed a love for horseback riding. Missy is patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping her students reach their full potential. The horses she chooses for my son are perfect for his level of experience. I highly recommend Missy to anyone looking for an amazing horse riding instructor, especially for children. She is truly fantastic!

Bookmark Farms was one of the few places who would take my rider as young as she was. We started right at the age of 4, and I cannot believe how wonderful this barn and her instructor have been from the very beginning. Immediately after her first lesson, we saw her confidence blossom - and one year later, she's a confident, poised, and enthusiastic rider. We've been working with Courtney from the start - but everyone from the barn hands to Joan and her family have been beyond fabulous. Kind, caring, great horses, and best of all, amazing with little people. We cannot recommend Bookmark Farms enough if you want to see your child take a love of horses and turn it into a passion!

The dedication to engaged and thoughtful teaching is unmatched! After riding at some other barns for years, I was blown away by the skill level and kindness of the staff at bookmark farms. The fine tuned, high level instruction has been so beneficial to my experiences as a rider and I am beyond thankful to have found this barn. My daughter began horseback riding lessons at Bookmark Farms almost 2 years ago. At 7 years old, she has developed what is sure to be a lifelong love of all things horse related. She has learned so much and its been amazing to watch her skills develop. The staff at Bookmark Farms is amazing - everyone is so professional and very patient. The horses are well cared for and you can sense that everyone there truly loves what they do.

Both of my elementary age daughters started with the week long summer camp at Bookmark Farms in 2022 and were begging to continue throughout the school year so we decided to try out the homeschool program they had for the fall.

My third grade daughter is loving the homeschool class/riding lessons. She is excited to attend every week and share with me what they learned afterwards. My first grader was too young for the class requirement but we were able to sign her up for a quick private lesson right after her sister’s class.

Missi has been their teacher and has been so great and encouraging with them. They have both gained confidence and independence throughout their time at Bookmark Farms!
