The owner and her husband were very welcoming and friendly. Offered encouragement when I was doubting myself. Pretty sure I failed... however they we're wonderful. I would recommend them for CNA testing.

So my skills part I just looked to see what steps I failed and I 100% did about 12-15 steps that she marked as failed she was on Maher phone the ENTIRE time not really paying attention, but there’s plenty of steps I did that she still marked that I didn’t she sat in the corner in the floor on her phone instead of really watching , she’s nice don’t get me wrong but she didn’t score me correctly even if I still failed she didn’t score me correct and for that that’s why my review is what it is very disappointing will go somewhere else to get correct scoring and someone fully watching

I do not recommend this place for STNA Skills testing. The owner was my tester and I felt incredibly overwhelmed and uncomfortable throughout the test. She was not friendly, she sighed multiple times while I was doing my skills which resulted in me having more anxiety. I felt as if I was annoying her when I asked her a question. I felt traumatized when I walked out. I recommend Save A Life Trainings in Athens. Amazing atmosphere and worth the drive.

My experience with Quality Care was excellent! 10/10!! The office Staff are all down to earth and amazing! As long as you are showing them you want to succeed, they will bend over backwards to make it happen! Nisha is one of the best Instructors I had with an amazing amount of knowledge and gifted in teaching! I didn't pass my board on the first try Nisha pushed me and pushed me I did her boot camp training and passed! I'm proud to say I got almost a perfect score on my skills. I would recommend this school to anybody who wants to become a STNA . Its the best!

I really appreciate the education I received from Quality Care Academy. My instructor Ronisha is very thorough and extremely patient. I love the small class group sizes, which made it a lot easier for me to focus and provided me extra time with my instructor I needed. The instructions and expectations were clearly explained and I understand them with no problems. The entire staff do what they can to help prepare students for the state test. This school is dedicated to its students. I would recommend this school time and time again. I will be back if and when the opportunity presents itself.

I took the STNA knowledge and skills exam here on 9/19/23. I would 100% recommend to that your test here. The staff were super nice and organized and the building was clean. Before you head into the exam, you had to place all your electronics and items in this basket. The knowledge part of the exam was critical thinking and most of it was common sense or what’s the right answer out of all the options. They had pencils, paper and a calculator there for you so you won’t really need to bring anything, other than of course the items you use to study. Once you are finished with the knowledge part, you wait in the waiting area until you’re called for your skills portion. While waiting i studied and practiced my skills. Once i was called, i was super nervous i told my observer and she was super nice and encouraging saying i got this. I did 3 skills. Make sure you remember the bolded keys in the book. My overall experience was really great.
