Highly Recommend! Wonderful Experience with Bright Horizon,

We have been sending our child to bright horizon for several months now, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention our little one receives. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, professional, and nurturing. They truly treat each child as an individual, with so much patience and care, making it feel like a second home for our family.

The environment at bright horizon is clean, safe, and filled with age-appropriate toys and activities that stimulate learning and creativity. My child always comes home happy, excited, and often with new skills or words that amaze us. We’ve seen significant development in social interaction, motor skills, and general confidence since enrolling.

Communication with the team is excellent as well. We always receive daily updates, pictures, and progress reports, which give us peace of mind knowing our child is in good hands.

Honestly, it’s hard for us to leave every morning because we feel so attached to the daycare and the people who care for our child. We are incredibly satisfied and grateful for the care and attention our child receives at bright horizon. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a loving and safe environment for their little ones!

As new parents with limited parental leave, finding the right childcare was nerve-wracking. We wanted a place where our 4-month-old son would feel safe, loved, and nurtured. Bright Horizons at South Figueroa exceeded our expectations.

The teachers and staff are exceptional. Their warmth and genuine care for each child are evident in everything they do. They provide a well-planned curriculum that stimulates our son's development, and together they ensure smooth transitions throughout the day, making it easier for him to adjust to different routines and activities.

At 15 months old, our son is thriving! He's become a confident and curious little explorer thanks, in no small part, to the wonderful environment at Bright Horizons. We are so grateful to have found such a special place for him.

Our daughter (23 month old now) joined Bright Horizons South Figueroa almost 5 months ago. We were very nervous especially that she’s been only home with a nanny up until April and has never experienced any sort of group care/daycare prior to Bright Horizons. We’ve been amazed how smooth the transition was, and how quickly she adjusted being at the center. All staff and teachers are so warm and welcoming, she repeats their names (Brisa and Denise) at home almost everyday and absolutely loves being around her teachers and friends!
We get daily reports about her nap time, meals, activities…etc. on the app and get excited everytime we get new photos 🙂
This is a wonderful place if you’re looking into early childhood development at its best. We’ve been watching her vocabulary grow so rapidly since she joined, as well as adapting to a whole new routine established by the center. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend this location!

Our daughter started at South Figueroa Bright Horizon at 1.5 years old and stayed until just over 3. She absolutely loved going there! The staff and teachers are warm, communication is great, and we've even connected with other families for playdates. Overall, a highly recommended experience for families in the downtown area.

Our daughter attended BH South Fig over these last two years, and we're especially pleased with the level of guidance and attention that her teachers provided. She developed tremendously during that time. It's also a huge benefit that there's an app through which the center communicates, both through photos and notes about your child - so you're constantly informed about daily happenings.

Our family had the best experience at Bright Horizons South Fig! Due to the pandemic our son had spent the first year of his life at home and we were nervous about making the transition into a daycare environment. We were quickly put at ease as the teachers and staff go above and beyond to provide a clean, safe, nurturing and fun environment. Our son began to thrive immediately after starting the toddler program and we noticed significant changes in his growth and development throughout the course of the year. We highly recommend this center as the curriculum, center amenities and staff are exceptional. We can’t thank them enough for the outstanding care that they gave to our entire family. We would happily return to the center should the opportunity present itself again.

We had our toddler with the Bright Horizons team from 14 months old to 21 months, 5 days a week. The admins and teachers are absolutely wonderful and really focus on the individual needs of each child. They provide a great app that informed us of the educational activities and behaviors of our child throughout the day (and included pictures!).

I think a key difference maker is the focus on a real curriculum for the children. We felt heartbroken and a bit guilty when we dropped our little guy off for the first time. But within a week, we realized that he was receiving a level of socialization and development help that we never could have provided on our own.

Toddler 1 teachers Denise and Brisa are AMAZING! They are a nurturing, warm, and instructive presence for our little guy. The admins, particularly Brenda and Tiffany, were also always a joy to interact with. After about a month, our little guy would make a point to greet each of them at the start of the day. He was able to form so many bonds at Bright Horizons that we know will be key for his future. We are sad to be moving, but will be forever grateful that we found Bright Horizons. Thank you!

Bright Horizons at South Fig became a part of our family while our son attended. I cannot thank them enough for caring for our child so deeply, and helping him to grow and learn. The teachers are absolutely phenomenal, super communicative, and love each kiddo for all of their strengths and differences. I felt so safe sending my child here, and he came home happy and exhausted every day! I highly, highly recommend this center and their wonderful community!
