LeAnne Graham and her team do an exceptional job providing great services to families and victims in their time of need. When my friends son list his wife in a tragic collision one phone call to LeAnne and some immediate service and assistance was received and guidance on how to apply for additional assistance. The Victim Assistance Program of Summit County is meeting the needs of victims in an extra special way.

Selective help! And then tried to give a $50 gift certificate, make it better to quote a lame ass counsler, who eventually harrassed me vis text messages. I have permante damages and over $900 loss, ie: Glasses, watch and my RED STRING from Israel and want to give me a $50 gift card. WOnly cares about fund raising. Stated they would go to court with me to talk to a could careless Judge Shoemaker. Like everyhing in Akron I as a taxpayer pays and gets nothing to show for it!

They don't help disabled men, who have been abused by their representative payee because she is a woman and it legal for women to abuse men. They offered me no help what so ever and told me my son could take his mother to court when he was 18 because she was stealing his money also. We need to have help for everyone. I know ohio laws say it ok but this needs to change because this also includes federal charges of payee fraud. Which they refused to even help me file them

Did not help whatsoever. Just gave a card to my good friend who lost his father unexpectedly. Very disappointed. More should of been done than just a card and asking “do you need to talk” right after it all happened.
