Great little studio! The class was friendly to beginners as well a seasoned yogis. Shawna was wonderful. I have been practicing on and off for 8 years and was very happy with my first class here. Can't wait to come back! This is a small business rather than a yoga chain and the price of classes is extremely reasonable. Support small and local!
