Easily one of the largest and most versatile YMCA facilities I’ve ever been too. Tons of equipment for exercisers of all fitness levels. Love the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength especially. They have a cafe, game room, nice clean locker rooms and so much more. Highly recommended.

It's a pretty good place for Sports of all kinds. However, the lower Level Pool has Always issues. Either the Pool is too cold, orthere is a lot of Sand in the Pool, or since a couple weeks, the adjacent locker rooms are so cold, that you get afraid to freeze in the ground. That is Not weather related, AS the Gym before they lockers is comfy as Well AS the Air in the Pool area as Well.
Please fix this finally.

I opened a membership to come here but wasn’t gonna be able to come for a month and my wife was sick so she couldn’t bring our kids either so I told them to put the account on hold for that month however when I went back to reactivate my membership after that month they said I had a past due amount of $126 for that month even though I told them to hold the account. They said I had to also pay $115 for current month together with last month’s amount to activate my membership. They said I had to fill out some forms to cancel it for that month but I didn’t know, I just told the people there to cancel it and I thought they did.

They do a fantastic job, no where has there been so many pools indoor or outdoor facilities for families to enjoy. They need to understand that for the family price of going there, it needs to start giving features other fitness clubs offer... II want 24 hr access to the cardio and cable based weight room.

If I could do zero stars I would. I had an account issue and tried to get everything caught up and figured out. I was directed from person to person for two whole days. Finally was directed to someone named “Amy.” Mind you, each person I talked to huffed and puffed and acted overall annoyed with me, as well as Amy. I told Amy everyone has had an attitude with me and I didn’t appreciate it. She said “ma’am I don’t have an attitude with you YET” that yet told me everything I needed to know. Extremely rude and complete fail at customer service. Not to mention, the facility is disgusting. Definitely not worth the prices

This is a great looking place with lots to offer from swimming, cardio, weightlifting, scheduled events, and friendly staff. Parking is confusing if it’s your first time being here because the ymca is in the back. The front is some kind of event center.
