Steve from Spartan Roofing installed my sliding door and new trim to go around it. He was so friendly and thorough. Charles set the project up and he was also extremely friendly and responsive. The door and trim look perfect! I am very pleased with my slider and would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future for more projects.

We couldn't be happier. Both the new roof and our experience with Spartan Roofing & Renovations exceeded our expectations. Our Project Manager (Charles) was great to work with. Everything was done exactly as stated and Charles checked on us each step of the way. The roof was completely torn down to the rafters and replaced within one day. There are several other projects we need to have done at our house and we will definitely be contacting Spartan when that time comes. Highly recommended!

After leaving the original review 7 years ago I must update this review. We are having an issue with our roof on one side. The decking boards are wet in our attic on one side. We are told it could be that the roof was installed improperly. We called Drew because we wanted him to come and look since his company installed it and we trusted the company. He instantly got an attitude saying it’s no longer under warranty and that it’s an issue with our insulation. That is definitely NOT the issue because if it were both sides would be wet and they aren’t. He proceeded to tell us he wouldn’t even do anything until March or April when all we wanted was for someone to come out and take a look and tell us what might be wrong. Needless to say we won’t be using this company to fix the issue and I’d be cautious to use them if I were you.

Spartan Roofing in Gratis,OH did an excellent job on our roof! Had it torn off and put back on in one day. They did a great job cleaning up and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend making sure they place something under their truck if it’s in your driveway and you worry about oil stains. That was the only issue we had. But the overall job they did was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company!
