Thank you for saving my life meany years ago. I was shaking with fear confessing about what someone else was doing to me. You didn't tell that person or anything, you snuck me outside and drove me to a safe place. I have pretended that everything was okay at home to CPS so they wouldn't tell anyone.I think my braking point was not being allowed watter and being hit and putting me down ... the list goes on.... I wanted it to stop. Thank you for saving me. I was scared you would tell my abuser and you never did. Justin Hall, thank you for being my caseworker. I think about you often. You did a lot for me. I was dealing with trauma and bad relationships and you never gaive up on me. You always went above and beyond. I'm still doing good and I'm okay. My only regret was not taking the abuser to Cort out of fear . Miss you Justin! Emily .K.

Was not impressed with front staff who didnt have a clue what they were doing & was not equipped enough to be able to schedule appointments. Counselors always calling off sick or appointments not scheduled right. Very hard to get consistent help when you need it. Was not honest in the beginning about not really having the ability to meet our needs. One star because it was like 3 minutes from our house but not enough to put up with the rest of dysfunction. Driving out of town now but worth it to actually get decent counseling.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. First visit was told to be there 30 minutes early to fill out papers. That’s took all of 5 minutes. So you wait and continue waiting until 30 minutes PAST the actual appointment time. Have the meeting and was rescheduled for the next. Well the counselor was sick that day. We rescheduled and it was 3 weeks out!!! This time the meeting was on the phone and 30 minutes past the appointment time we get no call nothing. So I called. Well they didn’t even have records of who was seeing who because apparently their computers were down. So they had to cancel but I wouldn’t have known unless I called!! They couldn’t tell me when the next appointment could be scheduled only that they would calm when their computers were back up. Ok THIS IS PEOPLES MENTAL HEALTH!!!! FIGURE it out!!!!! This is the short version as to why I’m truly unimpressed. I feel absolutely horrible that we have wasted all this time when we could have found somewhere else to go from the beginning, which we will now do and unfortunately start the whole process over.

Wonderful, friendly, understanding&caring staff! Mary, Theresa, John & Dr. Lyon Paul are the BEST!! They're professional & Curtsey. They make sure every experience starts & ends making sure you are comfortable! When you're confident & comfortable with your treatment makes it easier for patients to talk with the people they need to & get the HELP YOU NEED!!

My son went for counseling here for almost a year. He had his counselor changed 4 times. They never talked about any of he issues they were supposed to be. He has plenty of support people to talk to, that’s not why he was brought here. After the fourth counselor had cancelled his appointment for the 9,000th time I took him up to zanesville to get him some real counseling.

I can't begin to say enough good about this place. I have been struggling with finding a place to correctly diagnose my son and this was it!! Courtney was absolutely amazing and listened to our concerns and gave us the peace of mind we have been searching for.

Been on these waiting list for like 7 months. Still no ETA on when being seen. I suggest you find another place to go. Those place gives the runaround more then a roundabout

This rating is based off the med program...ive been off of meds for over two years i go to them for help i do all the tests and all ive been doing is running in circles...my family doctor does a better job
