This was my second visit to Hopewell dental. Dr. Cook and her assistant are amazing. They are friendly, calming and explain in detail what is going to happen. I have had some issues with my teeth and I know I'm in good hands.. Thank you, Dr. Cook!

They are slow. I am sitting here now, I walked inside almost 30 minutes ago to ask when my client would be done, they specifically said they are finishing her up now, I have been sitting here since 1 pm.

Took my stepson to the dentist here prior without any issues. Since the previous visit, legal custody and residential custody had been established and awarded to my significant other. My significant other works full-time as well as myself. His mother scheduled him an appointment at 730 am to which she had zero intention of bringing him as she works dayshift a town over. We arrived at 735 am with custody papers from the court and a written permission slip from his father to sign in for my stepchild to be seen. The front desk registration worker declined to let him have his appointment, which was only for a dental cleaning unless signed in by his birth mother or father... I again presented the papers and let her know she could contact his father if she needed confirmation for him to be seen. She then stated there is a note in his chart stating he is not to be seen "without his mother or father checking him in, no girlfriend." She refused to read through the papers which very clearly have determined my significant other the custodial and residential parent or call to verify it's ok for him to have his appointment with me present. I called my significant other who happened to be close by for work, and he left work to come check him in. He arrived at 746 am to again verify in person he was allowed to have his dental cleaning with me present. The receptionist then denied allowing him to be seen and stated he couldn't have his appointment today as he was cutting into other patient's appointment times because he showed up in person one minute past the 15 minute cut of time even though we were present in the time frame for his appointment. There was only one person literally in the waiting area. She literally turned away an 8 year old who had just as much of a right to have dental care as anybody else, and all paperwork in hand to support legally, he was allowed to be checked in. I'd rate the place zero stars if that was an option due to the front office staff and their attitudes that were depicted towards my stepchild. The look on my stepchild's face when he was turned away for an appointment he had known about and was prepared for his cleaning was disheartening. I don't know how anyone who works in a field of medical care could be so rude and disrespectful towards a child receiving preventative care.

As of now a 1 star. They messed up by withholding important information that I needed to have to get the help I needed. So far 2 dental offices in Perry County have shown to me they can't operate their facility. This appointment has been stressful. I do have to visit this place again. Maybe I'll be back here to upgrade the stars and my review.

I left my PCP that I had since I was a child, because he simply wouldn't listen to me and gave me typically 4 minutes of his time each time I had an appointment. I since started going to Hopewell Health Centers and it's incredible what they have done for me. Any question or concern you have gets answered - need testing? They will do it and they go above and beyond the treatment I was expecting. Can't say enough good things.

The stafe here is awesome Patty really cares about you.The nurses work with you if you make a call in or need paperwork for anything they are very kind, helpful, understanding, and go above and beyond to help you and make sure you have what you nee. The front desk ladies are very friendly, caring, and good at getting appointments set and helping with anything, and everything they can.They are a great team.

Came in with my daughter and it was scheduled for a cleaning I was concerned with a tooth and they were able to do treatment same day. Dr Ed and Tori were amazing

Very on schedule with appointment times and are great with my son. They ask the questions that alot of dr.s would just assume. I was really satisfied when we left .
