I believe that Thomas Mayhew can sell any house, in any condition. I was a distressed owner with a distressed property that I just couldn't seem to get rid of. Tom was able to sell it for me at a reasonable price. His approach to selling real estate is far from "set and forget." He spends time, effort, and money on marketing the property, reaching out to potential buyers and following up with interested buyers.
