We came here for the first time with our Girl Scout troop. The staff was very friendly and helpful from start to finish. They helped us make a reservation and answered any questions we had before our visit. The check in process was easy and the entire place was clean and well maintained. Be sure to sign liability waivers online in advance to save time. The lodge has very reasonably priced food and drinks and we enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate after tubing. This is an ideal activity for ages 4 and up. The hill is big and you go down fast. Be prepared for some rough landings and wear snow clothes because you will get a little wet and/or dirty with potential mud and gravel at the bottom of the hill. A lot of the staff are teens/young adults, but they pay close attention to ensure safety. We can't wait to come back!

It was a little crowded but a very nice experience. The employees were very kind and helpful and the runs are quite fun. It really is nice to not have to walk uphill.

I took family n friends. Great experience so much fun! The guys up on the hill had so much energy & good vibes, they made it a great experience 10 outta 10!!!

The employees here made the experience even better! They were so friendly and helpful and every single one of them had such a positive attitude! They were great with the kids and made things fun for the teens! Well worth the money and we’ll be back for sure. Even when the crowd grew, they kept it moving. The wait was short! They were at capacity, but you would’ve never known because the people working there put forth effort and prevented lag time.

On a personal level, I love Valley's Edge. Great location, affordable prices, awesome lodge with lots of good snacks. But the church & camp I work for also love this company. The people that run Valley's Edge are always very kind, helpful, & accommodating. They've created a lot of great memories for the kids I work with & always work to ensure we have a good experience.
