Horrible communication! They don’t take care of the children well at all. They mop the floors while kids are still there. I’m sure that cannot be protocol as it’s extremely unsafe and I’ve witnessed children slipping due to this. The food they feed the children is unacceptable. There’s always chaos and no order. They don’t properly change or attend to your children. It’s disgusting, and horrible to have to even experience this when you trust them with your children. There may be possibly 1 good Apple from the bunch but that’s not nearly enough to continue to leave my child here. Unless you want chaos every drop off and pick up go elsewhere. Do better especially for a childcare center this is extremely unacceptable!

One of the worst experiences so far. We got excited to enroll our children so we could finally have a consistent schedule with a work life balance and within a month it was changed till further notice every to other week they can attend schooling. And now today even though the children only go to school one week on one week off, they made them take off today But some how some way their website is happily accepting more children even though they can’t even attend to the ones they have right now.

Within three days of my son attending 3 bottles has completely vanished, his whole entire outfit gone & a whole pack of diapers & wipes. When I called to ask about my sons outfit the only answer they can give me is they don't know like it's not cameras or something back there. Completely unacceptable and I smell a theif in the infant classroom or someone covering their tracks. Regardless my son won't be back.

Also his formula that I leave in his bag was also being touched even though bottles are to be premixed. I literally opened one of his cans a two days prior and by the second day it was just about gone. But once again no one has any explanation when I call and ask i guess they thought I wouldn't realize but I have ocd so I notice everything.

My child always felt loved and welcomed by Mr. Jason (the school-age teacher) and Ms. Bonny (the center director). I have had issues some staff members not being professional during a phone call but that has never changed my child's experience at the Gahanna KinderCare. I would recommend it Gahanna KinderCare to anyone who is looking for the best care and learning experience for their child.

We love Kinder Care Gahanna! My son attends before and after school and has also been part of their summer program. The teachers and directors know him by name. Every lone is friendly and supportive. It has been helpful to have a center that provides transportation to and from school for parents who work early. He has made lots of friends there and ways looks forward to going. A blend of fun, physical activity and education. Thank you for being a part of our family.

This is the third infant daycare we have taken our daughter to and has been our favorite thus far. Ms Beth and Ms Maddie are incredible caregivers and our daughter has really bonded with them over the past week. They provide excellent care and are incredibly knowledgeable about child development and child care. The price is about average for infant care at 300 per infant, but the ratio is higher than we'd like at 1:5 and 2:12 per infant class. These are state limits and my guess is that the Kindercare organization is setting these as goals to maximize profits instead of this particular center. The caregivers work really well within these restrictions and provide amazing care so I think if you want a safe place that has caregivers who care about your children, this is a great choice.

As a retired teacher, I am so pleased with the educational processes utilized at the Gahanna KinderCare. The children, regardless of age, are always learning something exciting and new and the "hands-on" approach used is such an integral part of retention. Children need a strong foundation on which to build their educational future and there is no doubt in my mind that the Gahanna KinderCare teachers and staff are dedicated to providing the environment conducive for this.
