My daughter has been at this daycare for 6 years. The best feeling is that when I drop her off, I don't have to worry about if she is being taken care of. I know she is! When she first started when she was 3, she would cry when I left, not really play with the other kids, and didn't eat there for the whole first month. Everyday, they would give me multiple updates throughout the day. The teacher would also sit at the table with her everyday and encourage her to eat. She eventually came around and this place became very special to her. She loved her teachers and they loved her as well. I have never had a bad experience. They have become like a second family to us. I am grateful I found a good daycare.

When asked to fill out the paperwork for your child visiting for the first time, your asked what he is allergic and cant have, my son is 5 and I stated that, milk was one of them Darren was given milk not once but twice on his first day there, how can i trust you to watch my child if something like this happens on his first visit? Unacceptable, and the only thing the director could say was I'm sorry, My son is now sick because of that. Directions needs to be followed, to prevent very serious health risks. Horrible first experience.

The absolute worst daycare I have ever experienced!! My 6 yr old daughter attended the summer camp program this summer. This was my first and last experience with any la petite academies! My daughter left the school in Aug to return to her normal school and latchkey program. This particular academy is on the way there. When we pasted this academy this morning my daughter told me that she had just remembered that a boy in her class name Kendrick looked down her shirt and the teacher saw him do it. She said the teacher told his mom and his mom and the teacher told Kendricks not to look down girls shirts. My daughter said that was all that happened and she had forgotten until now to tell me. I called her dad asap to find out if anyone at la petite had brought this to his attention and he said no and was just as upset as I was to find out from my 6 yr old daughter. I called and spoke to their customer service department and placed a complaint with them and the customer service rep said I needed to speak with the director and connected me to her. When I talked with her she said that was the first she had heard about the incident too but that age could totally see this boy doing it because he was so rambunctious! I told her that regardless the problem was no one had told me or her father about this incident and this was completely unacceptable! She said she agreed and then said I’m not sure what we can do at this point since how much time has passed, I said this was this summer it wasn’t even 3 full months ago! She said she would get in touch with the site and figure out why no one had brought this to our attention nor hers and no matter what she would call me back today. This was around 10am this morning. She didn’t call me back so I called the facility at 510 pm today since they close at 6pm and the assistant director answered the phone and said the director already left for the day. I told her she promised to call me back today and she said oh you can call her back tomorrow. I’m not sure who’s family they are protecting but my daughter will NOT be dismissed. This is a HUGE fail on this facility! My daughter is 6 yr old! This should have never happened to her in a facility full of cameras and fully staffed! The BIGGEST fail of this school is no one told me or her dad about this incident and had it not been for my daughter telling me they would still be hiding it. Again I have no clue who this kid is or why they are felt like his family took precedence over mine but you don’t do this!! Hi parents should ever be left in the dark about any incidents with their child or children no matter who they are! Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy and dishonest staff!

Very good staff. They are attentive and even offer a live video option that you can access at any time.
The individual attention and social interactions have been paramount to our child's development.
Would definitely recommend to any parents looking for a good place for your little ones to go.

This daycare used to be really great. All 4 of my children have attended and 2 whom have aged out of the program. They used to retain really good reliable Friendly teachers until the got a new director that doesn’t really care whom she hires. Many good teachers were pushed out or left due to unprofessional circumstances. The daycare has not been the same since. It’s not clean or organized. New teachers every other week, at one point I didn’t even know who my kids teacher was because that’s how often people would quit and a new one would come in. I can understand COVID did not make these past 2 years easy on anyone but when your dealing with children your standards don’t just lower due to a pandemic. They went from having 2 teachers a class to barely 1 a class. They were putting my child with younger children just because they didn’t have the staffing and trying to blame her for why she couldn’t be placed in a class with kids her age. Whether it was because she wasn’t fully potty trained or because she has tantrums even though she’s three and most kids her age are the same way but because my daughter needs more special attention due to medical reasons they didn’t want to deal with it anymore and suspended my child. I asked for the camera footage of my child’s tantrums and they blocked me from messaging them instead of actually showing me it. The daycare director Abby is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They’re only 2 people left there that I would ever trust with any kids let alone mine with medical issues and that’s Rachel and Marie. My children will not be going back even after the suspension and I don’t recommend anyone else enroll their kids here.
