My partner and I worked with the Raines Group and Emily Benedict to buy and sell. Emily was patient, understanding and so knowledgeable throughout the entire process which ended up taking over a year. She saw homes with us almost every weekend and during the week through that time, she was always available to us. She is also very good at guiding you through the home buying process having to fight for us to get what we deserved. When we sold our home, she went above and beyond to help us stage our home with her own personal belongings to save us the cost. We first reached out to Dominic 5 years ago (he was the listing agent on a house we were interested in). And that’s where our journey began :). Dominic is a true professional. He’s a great listener, very knowledgeable and well connected. He somehow managed to get us the very first tour on multiple homes over the years and very patiently helped us find exactly what we were looking for (which was a true unicorn in an insanely competitive market).

My spouse and I have purchased and sold more homes than I'd like to admit over the last 25 years, and have worked with many realtors as a result. The experience we had with The Raines Group, in particular, with Jamie Sechler, was by far the best. We met Jamie at an open house when we were casually looking at the beginning of our search. What impressed me initially was her level of engagement, her depth of knowledge, and her communication and follow through. By the time we had gotten home from the open house, she had emailed us with information on the house, the HOA, and more. A few months later, we decided we were ready to put our house on the market. That proved to be the best decision we've made when it comes to buying and selling a home. She had excellent recommendations that helped reduce the amount of time and stress involved with both the sale of our home, and the purchase of our next home. One other factor that I want to include: I have a crazy work schedule, and had to shift the bulk of the responsibility of the sale/purchase onto my spouse, putting a lot of extra stress on him. What really impressed me was how Jamie always stayed calm and brought our anxiety down when we allowed stress to get the best of us. If we got spun up, Jamie always knew how to listen and offer advice that calmed our concerns. This was one of the most powerful discriminators between working with Jamie and working with other realtors in the past. I can't say enough positive things about Jamie, and I endorse her whole-heartedly. Thank you for helping us navigate the stressful process of selling/buying a home and working through the requests we had after the home inspections of both properties. You truly went above and beyond, and I am sincerely grateful.
