Dr Hertzel, Has been a blessing growing up my mother sent me to a dentist who was a family friend and all my life I thought you would always be in pain once the dentist put his hands in your mouth. Now that I’ve meet Dr Martin I now know you can have a good experience at the dentist he is the best and knows how to take care with patients. I don’t feel comfortable even giving this place one star.
I will NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!
I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, asked if they took my insurance, gave them all my information/policy numbers ect. I called the morning of to double check my time and they didn’t even me scheduled anymore! Said she “didn’t know nothing about it”. She offered to reschedule me for later in the day. I agreed I could because I needed to go to the dentist urgently and had already scheduled today off work but “if something opens up earlier please call me.” She then told me she had an appointment at 10am! Which was my initial appointment that got screwed up! I rushed to get there, (30 minute drive) got there 10 minutes early, filled out all my paperwork, just for the lady at the desk to tell me “we don’t take this insurance” after confirming several times they did. I’m beyond angry. Unprofessional is an understatement. I will never go back, nor recommend this incompetent office to anyone!

The best dentist I have ever been too. I have a huge issue getting numbed and having my teeth worked on but they have always been so accommodating and understanding. I have always hated my smile and my front teeth have always hurt and had chipped in several areas, they suggested caps on my front teeth and it has cut down the pain while I eat/drink and improved my smile by closing the gaps I had. They look so real and they did such a beautiful job. The dentist made up a temporary cap in the office that I had to wear for three weeks and it even looked amazing. The dentist explains everything and always has solutions to resolve any of the issues I have had. Highly recommend this dental office if you have any issues with your teeth or issues getting your teeth worked on!

Absolutely love those place. Staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help you. It is nice to enter into a nice clean establishment. I have never been a fan of getting dental work done but now it is less uncomfortable for me. Would recommend it to everybody.

Dr Hertzel is a great caring guy that is super gentle and his staff are so friendly, I've had throat radiation done and was told i would need a special dentist or an oral surgeon to remove my teeth/roots but Dr Hertzel numbed me up good and even gave me the gas free of charge, He and his staff are such great people. I thought he was just loosening my teeth and before i knew it he said well that's it, I was in shock and HIGHLY RECOMMEND New Concord Family Dental. If you are having dental issues, Do not hesitate to make an appointment here. Dr Hertzel and his staff are the best and super friendly.

The best dental office! I do not love going to the dentist, but New Concord Family dental is a great place to go. It is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and I am ease in their office. I highly recommend New Concord Family Dental. Five stars!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hertzel for over ten years. I cannot give enough positive feedback about this office. I, personally, have a lot of anxiety about visiting the dentist, and Dr. Hertzel and his staff create a calming and reassuring atmosphere. Additionally, my kids love going to the dentist because of Dr. Hertzel. This is incredibly important to me as a parent. I would highly recommend this office.
