Trostel Chapman is the most caring and best funeral. They took wonderful care of my loved one after he passed. They also gave me information that I needed to file the documentation associated with the passing of a loved one. They filled every need I had during the service, funeral and graveside service. Unfortunately, I have had two experiences as executor for the deceased. In both cases, one a dear friend and one a parent, Trostel Chapman Fraley and Dunbar were extremely professional and supportive. This goes for their entire staff. There is never a good time to use a funeral service EXCEPT, as in both of these cases, pre-funeral planning was used… and I am extremely grateful for that service. If I were to give advice to anyone it is this: take care of the funeral planning in advance. I’m 100% sure this made a positive difference in both our grieving and our stress.

The funeral was really nice. Everyone was very hospitable considering the great loss we have endured. The only complaint is they reassured us they would take care of "everything" with the life insurance that should include filling out the paper work minus the signatures needed to fill out the form. They did act like it was a choir for them to fill it out even though they stated they would take care of everything and we did have to provide a death certificate even though we paid them almost $500.
