By far the best experience I've had in banking.
NCF Employee Angela is amazing, above and beyond with every meeting. This bank wants you to succeed and it's apparent. Very personable and attentive to your specific needs.

We made the switch from 5/3, and do not regret it one bit. Friendly service, never have to wait long, and competitive if not the best rates in town. We even had Angela from the New Carlisle branch recognize some funds, that we were unaware of, were improperly distributed. She called us to let us know! Never in a million years would 5/3 have caught that issue, let alone called us. Highly recommend...
