This company came to my rental property a week ago to check out the well pump. Within minutes they said the pump was bad. I bought a new pump and sump pump for them to install the next day. They never got the new pump to work correctly, wouldn't hold pressure and wouldn't shut off. They suggested I call Crabtree plumbing and gave me a bill for 920.00 for the installation of the sump pump and the well pump that they couldn't get to work. I called Crabtree and they sent someone from Gothard plumbing the next day to install a new pump for 185.00 and have been out to troubleshoot it for free. I would never recommend A and L plumbing!

Started using A an L plumbing six months ago. They provided good service at the beginning. I'm not sure what the problem is now but I don't feel like I'm getting the best service possible. So on the search for better service.

I called for an estimate to have pipes ran threw my walls in the laundry room. They show up and tell me. The pipes aren't the issue, the washer drain was the issue. They said it would have to be replaced. That ment breaking the concrete around the drain putting a "Y" pipe in and replacing the concrete. 1000's of dollars in labor. Talking to another plumber about this issue and it wasn't an issue at all. When talking to A&L it just wasn't right. The water would still drain. I feel if I hadn't talked to another plumber , not knowing anything about plumbing, I would have paid a lot of money for work that didn't need done. If you use this company please get a s second opinion. I would not use them

Especially in the last 2 months! If your in need of a plumber, I highly reccomend that you call A & L Plumbing. They will try their best to work you in same day, or the very next morning.
