Many of the washers and at least 1 dryer is not working. I didn't realize the dryer didn't work till it took my $1.25 and wouldn't give it back nor start. There is no where on site to file complaints or get refunds nor a phone number to text or call to let someone know the issue.

I'm a New Carlisle 80's kid and this place has been there as far as I can remember. I now live 300 miles away, but I was recently back in town for a funeral. My aunt asked me to take a comforter up here to wash it while she got some rest. I did and when I arrived there were at least 5 homeless people sleeping on the floor, two other were locked in the bathroom smoking meth and another home man arguing with himself. The stench coming from them was unbearable. There was roaches crawling around and I was in total shock especially when I seen the two guys keep cracking the door peaking out and you the sweet ammonia smell and smoke was so sting and they were definitely tweaking. I observed around for a minute to see if there was a number I could contact the owner and inform but I didn't see any. My concern is how does the City of New Carlisle allow this to happen.

At least 20 of the roughly 40 washers do work (there’s ~24 that don’t and 4/16 of the dryers ) no snacks in either vending machine

Prices of the washers vary from $3.75 to 9.50 because the higher you pay the bigger the washer is.

Dryers are commercial and are absolutely massive. This place definitely needs love however if you need to wash absolutely everything in your house this is a nice way to do it that’s not insanely expensive compared to driving to like Tipp City or somewhere.

Currently more than half of the washers and dryers not working . No usable rest room , no contact information to get ahold of anyone if the machines take your money. Vending machines empty . Trash on floor and tables , trash cans over flowing . There's just nothing good to say about it really .

There has been a laundromat in this location since I was a child. This one was recently remodeled and was fairly clean at the time of our visit on a Saturday night. The vending machines were empty and appeared not to be stocked.

This is the most ghetto laundromat I've ever been in. Holes in the ceiling, graffiti on the walls, washers leaking all over the dirty nasty floor. Half the machines are broken, none of the vending machines operate. This place is severely neglected!

This is the worst laundromat I’ve ever been too. It’s dirty, the washing machines leave a stink on your clothes after being washed, the change machine never works, and the machines steal your money. There is now way to get ahold of the owners and there is always little kids coming in throwing candy and chips everywhere.
