In town for work-- stopped here on lunch break. They had high quality linen fabric which I'll use to make an apron dress! The color was amazing. They have a really nice selection of wool

Mail order is superior.... living out of state, visits are a truly fun experience! Inventory is awesome, prices reasonable, staff hilarious and owners offer the best in humor, product and service.

This shop is wonderful. Do not rely on GPS to get you here but once you find it you will be in quilt heaven. They have lots of fabric, great examples hanging around the shop and both owners are wonderful to deal with. Every time I am within 50 miles I do manage to get back to see what they have. It is well worth the visit.

A very nice shop with great fabric selection and unique ideas for projects and classes. Staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful. Close to Lake Erie and restaurants so you can make a great day of it!

All quilters, if you are ever in Sandusky OH, you have to stop in at Mabel & Ethel's Quilt Shoppe. The two owners make you feel like you've been friends forever. They sell cotton fabric & wool & have great samples to view.They are very helpful & knowledgeable. You won't regret stopping in!!

I found Mabel and Ethel and their quilt shop on one of their online Facebook shows !! I have ordered several times from the M and E shoppe and have never found such awesome service from any store before !!! And I have never been so entertained and laughed so much 🤩. These two ladies go all out to please their customers!
