These people are on a power trip. They treat you like scum and like you're trying to live the life and get rich off of them! They are supposed to help with government funds for help with your loved ones. They act like you're trying to take "their own personal money" They try to play doctor and God!! They try to tell you how many times you can take your special needs loved ones to the doctor because " you might try to sell gas cards" ... SERIOUSLY Even though you have to show proof that you went with an after summary report that states WHY you went. Then you buy a van with your own money figuring that they will help you with a lift to GET your loved ones to the doctor appointments. Which they have in the past. But NOOOO. You find out that they are being 2 faced and tell the lift manufacturers that we don't want them to try and get the Cadillac of lifts. Get the smallest and cheapest possible. They tell you whether to put it in the side or back...not what might work best for your loved one. They want you to go through hoops and hurdles just because they can do that to you even though they are not valid and will take you months. So doctor appointments and life hurdling procedures are cancelled because these idiots want to play their games. They want you to bill insurance companies so you can show them the denial knowing damn well that they won't cover things
like that and it will take months to get it. They want you to get notes from the doctor for things that you know more what will work for them. I'm just just so over them and am looking into what I can do with these yahoos that give people that need help. Aren't we going through enough than to have people like you giving us a hard time!!
