Every time I attend class I feel like I’m becoming more mentally and physically stronger. I’m so excited to attend class and learn more. Samantha makes you feel comfortable, never out of place, & offers different levels. Looking forward to attend more classes with other instructors as well. I’m so glad I gave yoga another chance. I feel this studio is the reason why I want to continue to learn as much as possible about yoga. I will always be a grateful student at The Yoga Haven!

What an absolutely awesome environment. I am a 60 year old male who is new to yoga. This has been my first in person class experience and I could not enjoy it more. Sam is patient and explains each move with its benefits to make it easy to understand. Due to athletic injuries in my past and my age I was worried that I would not be able to do certain moves. Her teaching method allows everyone of different abilities to participate in every move, just at different levels. I am looking forward to my class next week! Keep up the great atmosphere...

Trying Yoga was a bit intimidating at first, however, Sam is very welcoming and makes everyone comfortable. She watches her students and will give modifications to allow everyone to participate. It’s been an amazing, eye-opening experience!
