This county supenaed me to do a dna test for a child his mother went around for two years saying wasn't mine.
Her boyfriend at the time broke up with her, she turned me in to child support. I got supenaed to do a DNA test and, he is mine.
This county ordered me to pay $420 a month and gave me absolutely no rights or visitation rights.
They told me they don't deal with visitation rights?
How is it even legal to take money from a person to provide for a child whom you were given absolutely no rights to?

I am absolutely appalled at this county for child support. My step-daughter did everything she was required to do and then some on her on regards and they still put a bench warrant out for her arrest and now she may have lost her job because they did not do their job! SMH I really need a negative start for them.

This place is garbage total trash. If you go here, don't expect any help.They don't care about anyone but themselves. They won't help you no matter who you are or how much you're struggling or your situation.

I was this Service in 1997 to 1998. It was awful experience. Nannette Flood was a very nasty person. She discourage me from going to college and didn't care when people were rude to me. They ar

This place is a joke!!!
How can they give a child back a 7 year old to a mom after removing him for her drug use and then give him back after 1 clean test? She never attended any type of counseling, has no drivers license and multiple convictions for driving without a license, won't keep a steady job and moved probably 4 times in the last year living off friends plus with the job she has now she gets home at 5 pm then goes to sleep and he's up by himself with no dinner until she wakes up. How is this in the childs best interest? I'm the Grandparent who raised him after he was born while she was in jail

If you have ANY OTHER OPTION DO NOT TRANSFER YOUR BENEFITS TO THIS COUNTY. There is no urgency care or concern. Mary the SUPERVISOR can’t even fix my account until my worker comes back. WHATS THE POINT OF BEING A SUPERVISOR? Can’t do a thing to help people anyway.

Don’t expect to be treated kindly. They don’t care what you are going through but they will be the first ones to call YOU if YOU piss them off because they have 0 communication with each other but if YOU need assistance they don’t care. What they fail to realize is myself and numerous other people are the ones ensuring they have job security. Do you think I REALLY want to be asking JFS for help? Think again.

This county is Corrupt!!! Fraudulent child support calculations. Deceptive policies that are in absolute violation of human rights. This county needs to be shut down and investigated for their illegal techniques to accumulate false estimates of child support on so many lives. You people who work for this county need to be ashamed of yourselves. So many law suits will be brought upon this county before the end of the year 2023.
