Call if you enjoy elevator music because that’s all you’ll hear for about 6 hours of your day. They never answer and as far as them keeping you docs on file they don’t. I’ve had to resend in documents multiple times and they don’t seem to care that they are wasting your time.

Whatever you do, don't miss your phone appointment because God forbid. You won't get through to anyone to try to reschedule over the phone. You call the office number or the 800 number, you still sit on hold literally all day and no one ever picks up and I cannot even exaggerate that. Better off to do it online or just go to the office physically because you get nowhere on the phone nowadays which is really sad.
